    Absolutely filthy. The bathroom had mold all over it. The shower stall had a door missing. The shower head was so dirty and clogged with grim that only a handful of spouts worked. They charge an extra £50 on arrival if you want the aircon turned on in your room. The “Free Breakfast” consisted of 7 plates of slimey cheese, stale bread, no toaster, tea/coffee and what ever was not eaten on that day was put out the next day and again and again until visible mold was on some of the food. The stains on the wall was a range of human fluid, blood and human waste. The sheer noise in the rooms is unreal. There’s a speaker about 20 feet from the hotel which blares out the call to prayer which when I stayed was around the 5am mark. It’s so loud it’s like someone stood at the end of your bed with a fog horn. There are no fridges in the rooms. The blankets feel like they are made of Brillo pads. The balcony’s are absolutly filthy and there are no drying facility’s for your pool clothes. The food is a 3/10 a best in the restaurant and 90% of the staff are rude. Yes it’s a cheap hotel but it lacks everything and the state of the rooms you may as well sleep behind a bin and use fall off from a gutter than use the beds or the showers in Hotel Amore. Can not stress enough that it’s should be avoided at all costs

    This hotel has Bed Bugs!! And when told to management they don’t care. Some staff are just plain rude and just stare at youPLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN BRING YOUR ITEMS BACK AFTER STAYING HERE!! BED BUGS ARE HARD TO GET RID OF AND IT CAN TAKE UP TO TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOU NOTICE THEIR BITESThe hotel looks beautiful, lift is dodgy sometimes Breakfast choice is horrid, you’re better off going out to eat. There’s no swimming pool but do have access the hotel next doors after 12:30pm And there’s no air conditioning, they ask you to pay £50 if you want to use it for a week.And WiFi only works within the lobby area, not in the rooms

    If I could give this hotel 0 stars I seriously would!!!Me and partner relocated to this hotel as the other one was just as bad. To say the staff were rude and unhelpful is an understatement, cleaners had cleaned our room but didn’t refil the toilet roll, asked reception to be told no we don’t have any I can’t help so I had to BUY TISSUE from the local shop!!!! no pool, COLD BREAKFAST!!!!! On the day of checking out I left my AirPods Pro 4 in the hotel room I asked to go back and they wouldn’t let us. I have emailed this hotel numerous times to get my AirPods shipped back but they never reply!!!! Will be going to the newspapers about this hotel if they don’t contact me soon!!!!

    Worst holiday experience I've had , cold showers , dodgy wi fi , and not suitable for women as pestered constantly by sleazy staff no pool , asked for information regarding travel times , only to be told person behind reception not on reception and abruptly dismissing my question
