Location

This hotel lies just across the pedestrianised promenade from the fine shingle beach of Marmaris. A wide selection of shopping and entertainment venues is all located in the neighbourhood.

Facility

85 non-smoking rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The resort offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car.     Great hotel, but reserving of sun beds by night porter needs addressing

    We've stayed several times and the positives are the location in a quieter side of Marmaris, the friendly and welcoming staff, the food/drink and the rooms which are clean and nice, albeit lacking in storage space. The entertainement is mixed, good some nights, poor on others, and Bruno is a character! My main negative is that the hotel does not enforce its policy of ensuring guests don't reserve sun beds and leave them unattended. Even worse is that some guests pay the night porter to reserve prime sun beds on the jetty every day of their 2 week stay, preventing others from using them, and management turn a blind eye to it.

    Great Find, Great Location

    This was our first time to Marmaris, and this hotel didn’t disappoint.It is sited in a great location, about 45 minute walk from the centre of Marmaris and 1 hour walk to Icellimar . The hotel has its own beach front with pier, that makes a great place to soak away the hours in the sun. The hotel itself is immaculately clean. The hosting team are friendly and there was always a great selection of food. This hotel has a spa, and I couldn’t highly recommend more the arrival treatment and the going home package. The packages offered real value for money. Erhan and the team were amazing and looked after us well. There is an onsite photographer John, and we had some family photos taken, which again served as a super memory of our hotel. The entertainment was generally good, headed up by Bruno. We were surprised that a number of guests we met were repeat visitors … I can understand why. Great holiday all round, and super base to explore marmaris and surrounding areas

    Ridiculous sunbed wars guaranteed

    Let me get this out of the way firstly the Hotel is great! The staff are great! The location is great! However.The fight for one/two of the 26 sunbeds round the pool is absolutely insane During the week we were there a lone female traveler was reduced to tears and also a Mother and Daughter were abused/bullied and heckled because they dared to try and get 2 beds round the poolThere is a problem with returning customers thinking they own the gaff and management seem to not bother doing anything about it There’s signs up all over about not reserving sun beds but it gets ignored and when there’s only 26 it’s a major problem If you are unlucky enough to be holidaying at the same time as “this is my 15th visit” type ur holiday will be crap…it didn’t bother us that much as it was only a base for us but the way these women were treated was an absolute disgrace

    Great hotel in great location let down by “entertainment” man!

    We had read extremely good reviews about this place and for the majority of our time; I would agree with previous reviews. The rooms are comfortable, good size and cleaned all be it slightly dated decor. There is a fridge and a kettle in the room which was great. The food: was adequate but very repetitive. Some nice local choices, but pizza, chicken/turkey, pasta and chips every day for both lunch and evening meals. We only went to breakfast once which was also ok. The fresh fruit was limited I usually like a bit of chopped up melon with yogurt but there was nothing similar. There is a coffee machine to help yourself to anytime but the coffee isn’t the nicest (I’m a coffee snob though)! We didn’t use the swimming pool as we went to the beach or jetty to sunbathe, there were always sun beds but as with any holiday you get the people placing towels and not using the beds! My biggest complaint was the entertainment guy in the evenings, he really was vulgar. Constantly using sexual innuendos, foul language and loved the sound of his own voice. It took him 1 hour to play one ticket of bingo by the time he had explained and played, repeating his “jokes” throughout. It got to the point that we went else where in the evenings so we didn’t have to listen to him. I really felt that he drags the rest of the team down.

    Don’t normal write reviews but on this occasion felt it was worth it. What a great hotel, nothing is too much trouble. Made us feel so welcome and great because it’s adults only. Location is very good not noise but in easy reach of the centre on the hop on bus which only cost 50 Lira each. Went to celebrate my birthday and could not have wished for a better place. Will definitely be coming back.
