  DO NOT listen to the good reviews about this place. This is possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and we were thoroughly disappointed from the moment we arrived.We booked a sea view suite with jacuzzi and walked into a room that was absolutely disgusting. There were dead bugs, dirt and grime all over the room (see attached photos). The balcony door also wouldn’t close properly, meaning we had to spend the first two days with the door left open. As a result, flies filled the room constantly. We did report this to reception and it was eventually fixed, but it should never have happened in the first place.There was also a horrific smell constantly coming from the toilet/bathroom area that genuinely made us gag at times. It completely ruined the experience of being in the room and made it feel dirty and unpleasant no matter how much we tried to air it out.To make matters worse, our room wasn’t cleaned at all for the first three days of our stay and it was only done after we had to repeatedly ask reception. For a supposedly all-inclusive hotel, the cleanliness standards were shocking throughout.For the first two days we also had no hot water and no plug for the jacuzzi, meaning we couldn’t even use one of the main features we paid extra for. Again, both issues were eventually addressed after speaking to reception several times. However, when we finally tried to use the jacuzzi, the plug still didn’t work properly and I had to physically hold it down with my foot just to fill the tub. Once the water reached the jets, dirt and grime blasted out into the bath (also attached in photos). Absolutely vile.The all-inclusive package was another huge disappointment. Certain drinks still had to be paid for, and you couldn’t even get a drink from the bar before 10am. The food was honestly disgusting — very little variety, hardly any options, and it was almost always cold. I read another review saying that if you’re not Russian, you may as well not stay here, and honestly I would agree. We really struggled to find anything enjoyable to eat during our stay.The location is also misleading if you’re wanting to be close to Marmaris centre. It is roughly a 50 minute to 1 hour walk into the main centre of Marmaris, which became frustrating very quickly.The beach itself is extremely rocky, making it difficult and uncomfortable to get in and out of the sea. The pool was tiny, only half full, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. There were only around 10 sun loungers and they were almost always empty, which says a lot in itself. We ended up having no choice but to use the beach instead.One positive was the beach day beds, which were lovely and we never struggled to get one. However, if you wanted a drink while relaxing there, you had to walk all the way back into the restaurant because there was no beach service whatsoever.Some members of staff were genuinely friendly and tried their best, but the waiter in the restaurant became quite rude towards us once he realised we weren’t enjoying the food.I fully believe a holiday is what you make it, and we still tried our best to enjoy Marmaris itself, but this hotel genuinely dampened our mood throughout the trip. As our hotel is located in a seaside area surrounded by nature, occasional insects may enter rooms when balcony doors remain open.Concerning the bathroom odor you mentioned, no similar reports were received during the period of your stay. Nevertheless, we will conduct additional inspections to identify any possible source and prevent similar concerns in the future.Room cleaning is scheduled daily, while linen and towel replacement is carried out according to the service schedule provided to guests upon arrival. However, we will review your comments with the housekeeping department.We also take your comments regarding the jacuzzi seriously and will carry out additional technical inspections and maintenance to ensure all equipment operates correctly.Regarding our food and beverage services, our buffet offers a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, salads and desserts. Hot meals are served in temperature-controlled equipment designed to maintain food safety and quality standards throughout service hours.Information regarding included and extra-charge beverages, as well as bar operating hours, is clearly stated within our all-inclusive concept provided to guests during check-in.Our hotel is located between Marmaris and İçmeler. In addition to walking routes, public minibuses pass nearby approximately every few minutes, providing convenient access to both centres.We would also like to clarify that we welcome guests from many different countries and strive to provide the same level of service and hospitality to all visitors regardless of nationality.Finally, we are concerned by your comments regarding a member of our restaurant team.   İ was stay in this hotel in start of May 2026. This place is realy realy nice. Silece beach place and hotel stay in 1 line. İnside is very nice also. And east was very very good. İm like this place. Come back again!

  I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel. Friendly, exceptionally helpful staff, an intimate atmosphere, and very good room conditions. The proximity to the sea and the hotel beach is definitely a big plus. The food was fresh, delicious, and varied.We spent a wonderful week here with my partner and would gladly come back. Special thanks to the manager, Mr. Hussein, for his extraordinary kindness and attention to every detail 👌😊
