  Avoid cle beach hotel Resto at all costs.

  It’s a shame that in a country like Turkey, we encountered this type of people.Dates stayed: 8-11 julyPlanned stay: 7 nights, departed early due to unacceptable conditions and behavior.1. Racist and disrespectful owner & staff • The owner explicitly told us that as Black people we were not allowed in the lobby or club area insisting it was “only for English people.” Experiencing that kind of blatant racism in 2025 is inexcusable. • Staff stared at us disdainfully, treated us rudely, and pressured us to leave constantly.2. Poor service and safety issues • Service was non-existent: no reception phone, no 24‑hour desk, and no room service despite what Booking.com stated. • Rooms felt unsafe—strangers entered unannounced with keys, violating our privacy. • The advertised pool doesn’t exist; the only access was through a club entrance—unsafe and misleading.3. Terrible food & breakfast • Breakfast was awful—see your attached photos. Other reviews also mention a “lift and surrounding area filthy” and poor amenities . • Dining stood up to the low standards we experienced across the board.4. Facilities & cleanliness • Outdated rooms, broken locks—Guardian reviews confirm similar complaints about safety . • No pool or proper beach access—a common complaint among other travelers.5. Refund refusal and forced departure • Despite leaving after just 3 nights due to feeling unsafe and disrespected, the management refused any refund. • The manager was hostile and aggressive, showing no empathy or accountability. Staff were young and unprofessional.Avoid this hotel at all costs.Racist management, disrespectful staff, nonexistent facilities, unsafe rooms, and terrible food.

  Nice stay, great views.

  We stayed at the Cle Boutique Hotel above Batman Bar(There seems to be confusion and lots of pictures of cle seaside hotel which is a different hotel). Even though we stayed there in October 2020, I still remember how spacious and comfortable the room was. The staff were super friendly and even let us view the room before we paid checked in(we was already in Marmaris). The jacuzzi bath was a real highlight and it was amazing to be able to soak in it while looking out at the sea. The location was perfect too, with a Migros nearby for snacks and the Blueport Shopping Mall just a short walk away. I also loved the fact that you could go for a swim in the sea first thing in the morning when nobody else was around. The only downside was that some of the cupboard doors would hang off if you opened them(I've noticed that the pictures now show white furniture and not the brown ones that was there when we stayed so maybe that's sorted now?) and there was a small crack in the bath. It's also worth noting that there was no pool but that didn't bother us because the beach was right in front of you.However, overall, it was a really good stay.

  Absolutely loved our time here the staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you ,the food and drinks are lovely and reasonably priced the hotel is right on the beach And is in an excellent location great atmosphere at night , and lovely beach to chill on by day ,what more can you ask for ,lots of returning customers says it all really , going back in a few weeks for all girls Holliday Can’t wait to see you all once again thankyou all at cle boutique you all do an amazing job making our Holliday just perfect

  We like a turkish breakfast .And this was the worse everThe service was bad the boys walk around dont even pick there feet up as they walk.Food was dry .and the sauage was cooked so hard it broke in half.We sat on beach and as sun was coming around i moved my sunbed to keep in shade.Fella came along and said noHas to keep in straight lines.Well they can keep there straight lines we left.They call the place BatmanThey told us it belongs with Cle.If u want a nice time in mamaris dont eat or sit on beach belonging to them.

  no room servicesvery dirty breakfast is so bad no open buffet and u have to sit in the lobby until they serve u some of food.food and beverage are expensive in their resto . i dont recommend and i will never visit this hotel again .
