  Speaks for itself

  16 Sept 2026

Bar staff really nice and also entertainment team. The night time receptionist that was on 1st sep a idiot he asked me if my son was disabled which he clearly isn’t (what a rude little man ) how I diddnt punch him is beyond me . the food is nice in the hotel t b f .. cleaning of rooms not good at all . Both my boys got ear infections from the pool … a Matt needs to be put underneath the slide as my son slipped and chipped Half of his tooth off. The dj (older one ) helped calm my son down and was amazing with him (grateful for that ) I will however be sending them my sons dentist bill as it could have been prevented but simply putting a rubber mat down (they have them in the bar area) legal action is something I have thought about for sure as my dads a solicitor it was a really traumatic experience for my son ….. purely down to staff this stay was ok. If someone wishes to contact me regarding my sons dentist bill before I seek legal advice and post all the photos this would be appreciated sophiebennett86@outlook.com

  Bad hair day

  14 Sept 2026

Clean room but dirty stained towels. Fridge buzzing all night, I had to turn it down to get some sleep as I was sleeping in the lounge. My daughter and granddaughter had the bedroom. Very difficult to sleep with other guests partying and slamming doors. Only had one meal at the hotel which was very tasty and the staff in the bar area are very pleasant. The reception staff are very welcoming and friendly. My only bad gripe about the hotel is the hairdresser named UNA, AVOID her at all costs, she is not an hairdresser more like a butcher... I asked her to wash cut and blow dry and we agreed a price of £20 which I thought was pretty cheap, however after she washed my hair she started blowing dryer it and then remembered that I needed a cut, so she sprayed water on it and started to put layers in to which I didn't ask for and then cut my fringe which I did ask for but not a wonky one. I was quite angry and told her so and gave her the £20 to which she then demanded another £20 I told her no as she had made a mess of my hair. She said I asked her to do that but that was a lye, she also said I didn't ask her to cut my hair but then suddenly remembered oh yes I did. I gave her another £10 and said she was a crap hairdresser. I've since been back and told her I wanted my money back to I can get my hairdresser to rectify it, she said no, come and sit down and I'll sort it. I told her no it's not happening and walked away. After I told her I was putting a bad review on TripAdvisor. Don't use this butcher for your hair. Angry isn't the word ??
