Absolutely amazing ?? an can’t wait to return to club Anastasia next year

I took my family of 5 for our first time to turkey staying in the beautiful Anastasia club hotel on arrival in the am hours we were exhausted from travelling an couldn’t wait to get into bed an we weren’t disappointed on our first looks of the beautiful pool in the centre of the hotel, we did run into the slight issue of not enough bed sheets for 3 of us in one room but easily booked an extra room for not a huge amount of money, dawn the receptionist was there in the morning an this lady is exceptional there isn’t nothing she will not do to help her guests, my youngest daughter had heat rash an dawn helped tremendously then my daughter had food poisoning from a restaurant in marmaris city dawn was again on hand an so attentive an caring offering for a doctor to be called an helping calm my nerves, all the staff are wonderful and the management were so helpful. We made wonderful friends and the food was fantastic, the whole experience was second to none an my children an me had an amazing time an will most definitely be returning to club Anastasia next year an look forward to seeing dawn again ( dawn thank you so so much an try not to work to hard) The guy family ??

This Place Needs A Refurb & Quick. Out Dated Rooms. Doors Didn't Lock, Handles To Cupboards In Room Was Loose & Fell Off When Tried Using Them. Mouldy Tiles & Broken Fittings. Had Dirty Bed Sheets Fitted After Cleaners Had Been. No Entertainment Most Of The Holiday To The Point We Was The Only Family Sat By The Pool One Night. Undercooked Food & Plastic In Drinks From The Bar.Dirty Toddler Swimming Pool With Loose Tiles Around The Pool Too.Broken Kids Play Area. Smell Of Weed Around The Hotel.Cockroachs Around The Hotel.Been To Turkey For Many Years & Never Experienced A Hotel Like It. Only Good Thing From The Team Was Chuckie From The Entertainment Team. Who Tried His Best, But Lack Of People Made His Job Very Hard .With Some TLC It Might Be A Good Place But With The Good Reviews We Had Seen Before We Arrived. We Was Expecting To Write The Same.But I Wouldn't Recommend To Anyone And Sorry To Say I Wouldn't Return.

Pleasantly surprised!

We have just returned from a 10 day stay and was pleasantly surprised! having booked this hotel quick and last minute with the stress we had previously gone through because of cancelled flights! I can honestly say that we had a lovely time, all the staff were all friendly enough. Although, we weren’t ones for joining in the pool activities during the day it was clear to see saw our hard working the entertainment team were getting everyone together and people enjoying themselves. The rooms aren’t that bad and ours got cleaned everyday with the cleaners being pleasant enough. A big shout out goes to Dawn on reception she’s English and practically runs the hotel, nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she tries her upmost best to sort out any problems. The hotel isn’t that far from the beach and there is plenty of bars, restaurants and shops along the way, we definitely made the right decision staying here and would highly recommend.

First off all the bad the rooms are as stated dated and were never cleaned whole time we were there just swepted secondly the place is riddled in cockroaches ?? we had two in the room in the week we were there nd seen multiple poolside on night times on way home been going to turkey over 10 years never once had them in the room was told to block sink holes but almost sure they are coming through the lower boar in wardrobe in living room pool is nice but empty bottles nd cans and plates were sometimes there the next day I just kept taking my own back to limit the problem the shop round the corner gets much better rate than hotel does if u need to change money entertainment , kids club no 1 mentioned until the last day so that was a let down and the entertainment is pretty much a routine of the same thing daily although the entertainment staff are very nice not there fault bbq night never happened even though there’s posters for it generally it’s 2 star hotels at most never seen a holiday rep whole time I was there

We have just returned from a 12 day stay here and honestly we loved it!yes as stated the rooms are dated but do you go on holiday to spend time in a room??clean bed,clean shower,air con and a safe is all you need!the staff were so friendly and helpful and the place was clean and relaxed exactly what we wanted!a huge shout out to the entertainment team,Hannae,Chucky and Lucas,our stay wouldn’t of been as good if it wasn’t for them!hannae goes out of her way to get to know all the children and families and does everything to keep everyone happy,she takes the time to sit and chat with everyone!my 7 year old is very nervous but this is the first holiday he has come out of his shell and that’s all down to Hannae and the team!she really is a beautiful person inside and out!Lucas is great with the older kids with darts and pool comps and the water polo and is a great guy annd very funny and Chucky the main man well he is the master of entertainment!he kept everyone entertained on the mic and organising all the evening entertainment and his bingo puns were hilarious,they went out of their way for my partners birthday with a big celebration in the evening had him up on stage singing for him and gave him a cake decorations balloons etc!we will definitely return but on the condition the entertainment team is there!also a shout out to the English lady Dawn on reception who by the looks of it runs the hotel,she is brilliant with any issues or her fab recommendations on where to eat out etc!this hotel has everything on its door and the beach 10 mins down the road,but we always made sure to be back in the evening for the entertainment to support the team!thank you everyone and can’t wait to see you all again xx
