  WORST PLACE EVER DIRT AND BED BUGS AVOID!

  I would give ZERO stars if I could. This was a holiday from a nightmare!!!Everything in the so called ‚apartment’ absolutely dirty and discusting! Floors toilet fridge dirty! Marks of the make up from previous guest on the vanity desk! Asked to be moved without luck. Cockroach fall to shower cubic from the gaps in old ceiling. Asked again got room in the hotel, looks better as it’s renovated unlike ‚apartments’ but then I found a bed bug running on the bed next to my sliping 4 years old son! Then finding he was bite by this disgusting insect!!! Absolutely DISGUSTING place! Manager or whoever it was, acted like ignorant, he let the bug out of the glass on the reception desk watching it running round(as I catch it in the glass and bring it to the reception) he hesitated AGAIN to move us to other room!!! After 20min of me explaining that my child will NOT sleep with bed bugs!!! Mind it was midnight! People working there as a entertaining team treating you nicely only if you pay daily for the games bingo etc.as soon as you don’t want to cash in they showing attitude ignoring you and your children and turning head other way when you walk by! One of the guys often dance in sexual manner applauded by drunk women's when in fact this is entertaining FOR KIDS! Only kind guys working in the restaurant by the pool. Breakfast included is disgrace especially when you have child with sensory issues, and even ordered paid extra is just beyond my mind! Thick like omelette burned on dirty pan ‘crepe’ for young children for £6 each!!! Soft play cleverly advertised as available incur £5 per half hour per child! Food and drinks very expensive. You pay for everything safe and air conditionbit also for drinking WATER! Depend of where is your apartment/room you may end up having sleepless nights as even after finished at midnight ‘party’ drunk guests having ‘fun’ for another hour shouting, arguing and snapping the doors. Never seen anything like this and do not wish to anyone this experience! I was tired frustrated and anxious as all we had there was dirt insects and rude staff!!! I would avoid this place for all cost!!! I would not go there again even for free!!! Save your money time and nerves and search for something else. After this traumatising experience I have anxiety to book family holiday as I’m afraid I will fall for good reviews that are made to deceive you!

  This is an AMAZING hotel. I’ve always returned to this same hotel for the past 3 years. I visit marmaris 3/4 times a year and club atrium is the best. The location, the staff the vibes are amazing. Everything is literally on your door step. Restaurants and bars, shops, salons everything. I’ve already booked to return in May with my family again. Thank you for an amazing service as always

  Stayed in club atrium for the third time and other than the rooms needing a bit of an update I genuinely cannot find anything negative. Location is perfect for getting around the Armutalan and Marmaris area, convenient for bus or for walking. Food is exceptional and great value for money, I like to explore and eat out however found myself wanting to stay in and enjoy the food in the hotel more and more. The portion sizes were huge. As I have already said the rooms are basic and could do with an upgrade but for all you are in them, they do exactly what you need them to do. They are clean and spacious. The staff and entertainment team go above and beyond, always greeting with a smile no matter the time of day, staff always have time to catch up with you and provide you with information on what’s on in the hotel or recommend shops/things to see and do around Marmaris. The spa was bliss, I didn’t want the whole Turkish bath experience but the bubble massage, head massage and bronzing massage was amazing. I left feeling like a new woman. I have stayed in this hotel with my family, as an individual and with my mother and have felt very safe and well looked after. See you all next year!   Stayed here for 10 nights and would not recommend. The rooms are very outdated, the shower wasn’t working properly and our room was only cleaned once in 10 days. The cleaners don’t clean very much, we didn’t have our floors mopped or sweeper, had to buy our own toilet paper from a nearby supermarket as this wasn’t replaced. Repeatedly asked for clean towels at reception but this never happened until the 4th request. There was a group of us staying here and family members had both money and clothes taken from their rooms. Reported to reception and asked to look at the CCTV but the customer care person just laughed at us and called us liars. Each hotel key is a master key and opens all other rooms, this became apparent when someone opened my family members door and walked inside thinking it was there. This was also reported to reception but again we were called liars and told it’s not true. Not very safe for anyone staying alone or with young kids. Would definitely not return to this hotel.   Nice hotel, Rooms are a let down!

  This hotel is in a great location with lots of bars nearby. The hotel staff are so helpful and friendly. Pool areas are fantastic, very clean and a great atmosphere. However, the room we stayed in let it down hugely. Room 209 really needed some tlc. Dirty walls, leaking shower (shower screen cracked) leaking kitchen tap, smelly fridge, flaky paint on light fittings. We only had our bedding changed once during our 10 night stay and that is because we went and found the maid ourselves. She wasn't happy about this, very reluctant to change the beds and was downright rude. We didn't have our apartment cleaned much either. Yes, they emptied our bins but didn't mop or sweep the floors. We stayed in a one bed apartment with 4 adults and the only air con was in the bedroom. Not ideal for those sleeping in living room area. We did report this to the reception staff but nothing happened. I believe the cleaners just couldn't be bothered. This was our second consecutive stay here and unfortunately we won't be returning due to the state of the rooms. We would perhaps return to use pool area and Havana Bar.
