We as a family really enjoyed our stay at club dorado. The staff go above and beyond for their customers and work very hard. Villy is a very nice man and has excellent customer service skills (not sure if I've spelt his name correctly) he showed us to our room when we arrived late at night. At first we weren't happy with our room as we were a family of 5 and there was just a bunk bed and 2 single beds, so the next day the very nice lad at the reception let us change our room and this one was bigger with a bunk bed, a single bed and a double bed, the added bonus was it was pool view (room 308)The rooms are very clean, in fact the whole hotel is very clean. The pool area is cleaned everyday at 6pm. The food is nice and there is always something good to eat, eg. chips, burgers, nuggets, pasta, soup, stews, salads etcCan't fault anything about this hotel, It is an excellent hotel plus there is free WiFi.I, my husband, our 2 teenage boys and 5 year old daughter had an amazing time

The staff at this hotel are lovely and make your holiday. We had some problems with the electric during our stay which was disappointing but did not ruin our holiday. The all inclusive could be better explained only having the option of a soft drink or vodka and gin didn’t suit me very well. I feel they should include the local versions of popular drinks such as their own version of Malibu etc and I would have been very happy. Food was okay and we really enjoyed the cheese pastries they did one lunch time. Breakfast is confusing first time I have ever seen chips on a breakfast but we always found something to eat. Would have benefitted from some fruit and yoghurt and a toaster to make toast at breakfast time. The hotel is lovely and very clean could use a little updating such as sun beds being replaced that are broken a kettle and a fridge being in the room to be able to keep things cold and make a brew as myself I’m an early riser and waiting for breakfast was a long time to get a brew and having entertainment would have been great. Making these few minor upgrades would make this a fantastic hotel to stay at as the staff really are what makes this hotel. A staff member remembering yourName and saying hello and asking are you on is certainly what we look for in our holiday stay.Marmaris see you next year

This Hotel is absolutely outstanding, for family’s traveling on a budget! We were greeted with a private transfer at the Airport, with cold water, and ice lollies provided for the kids. Food is local Turkish cuisine but very nice. All round great trip. The staff, especially bar staff making our stay amazing both for the adults and children, always on hand to help whenever needed. We will be returning in 2023.

?????????? We enjoyed our all inclusive week in Turkey at the 3 star Club Dorado hotel in central Marmaris, £133 GBP pp pw in a triple room, booked via booking.com. Transfers by HolidayTaxis £5 each way (I would pay £20 for private transfer next time as the over an hour transfer took 3 hours you had to wait an hour for other guests and with the stops). The food was the biggest issue with other guests, if your not fussy like me and love to try local delights, then the food was excellent. Local alcohol was also ok. There is a £3 GBP per day charge for the a/c, but well worth it and needed in the summer. No beach towels included or for hire. We brought from the carre four supermarket round the corner £3 GBP. The hotel owner - who is lovely - does have a small old cat and dog, they were no bother but I know some people who wouldn’t like them being around. The staff were all very professional, sometime spoke, but usually just got on with it. Our fave time was pool cleaning time at 6pm when they would all push each other in and have fun. Our fave team member was the nights guy, tall white guy, very chatty and friendly. 4.30pm cake time was our fave bit, as a selection of freshly made cakes. Cleaning excellent. No mosquitoes in or out. Highly recommend and would come again.
