  Extremely rowdy, constant swearing from people even arguments between families, food terrible , staff not great , room OK but basic, won't be returning

  Please avoid this hotel at all costs for a 4 star Hotel its terrible. Rooms old outdated but clean. Hot water is a luxury it came on as and when. Bedding and towels corse Food repetitive and terrible No kettle in rooms Aggressive marketing for excursions etc I would not return if this hotel was free don't get me started on the cats

  I don’t even know where to start to be honest. I’ve been coming to turkey (marmaris and icmeler) for around 12 years now and this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Yes it’s cheap but you expect basic cleanliness and ok food I suppose. We paid £1300 for 3 people (toddler free) with on the beach. Upon arrival we wasn’t offered any help with cases whilst checking in, you can clearly see I’m pregnant and dragging 2 cases but they didn’t seem to care. We was shown to our room, and it is very small and cramped for 4 people. The bed is worse then a prison cell mattress and I’m not even joking. It’s the most hard, worst bed I’ve ever laid on! They made my daughter up a cot bed with a dirty moldy matress. I wish I had taken a pic! Obviously I did not let her sleep on it. Also the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbours conversations. Next Our bathroom, well, it is thick with black mould, a broken toilet seat which slips when you sit down, and a window/air vent that opens into the corridor and you can hear everything through it! Next the food, if you are English or fussy you won’t be eating. There is no kids counter like normal all inclusive I’ve been too. The pudding’s are not dietary labelled therefore my daughter couldn’t have any due to multiple allergies. They supply salad for breakfast and fruit for lunch, how does that even make sense! Drinks I cannot complain about as all I drank was Pepsi or water. Out of our group of 9, 5 of us have had either diarrhea, sickness or both. For an all inclusive hotel rated a 4 star I would expect more. There is a fridge in your room but you are not even supplied with water. 1 toilet roll was given to us. Our room has been tidied once since we arrived last Tuesday because I asked for it to be. Towels have been changed once also. As for the entertainment, same crap every single night. There’s nothing for kids, no special shows or kids disco, nothing. The pool - we only used the slide pool which is across the road, another weird thing about the hotel, it’s split into 3 buildings. Watch the road outside, it is dangerous!! The pool is ice cold, and very deep, unless you are 6 ft or more you arnt touching the bottom! However, I do have a positive I would like to highlight. There is one barman in particular who always smiled, said hello and spoke to my children. He is a gem to this hotel. He’s name is burak. Also the lifeguard, I don’t know his name but he said he was 22 that’s all I know. He entertained the kids in the pool, he played with them, was trying to teach them to dive etc. He deserves lots of praise so thank you to these 2 guys. Would I come here again? Absolutely not ever! Please please take these bad reviews seriously and think twice before booking here. You can get so much more for your money.

  Honest review, good hotel!

  We had a great stay here. After reading the bad reviews we were a little bit worried but wasn’t as the reviews were saying. Our room was spacious and clean (we had a triple), air con worked, shower was great and beds were fine. We came as a 3 and all of us liked the food, some nights were the same but was always something to eat. Hot food, fresh salad and fruits, loads of cakes! Drinks were fine, lots of coffee and juice machines which were always working, soft drinks and alcohol from the bar, we don’t drink but they had beers, wines and cocktails all included. There was evening entertainment every night but most nights we did go out as the location was on a strip of shops, bars and restaurants which was a plus for us! Sunbeds were a little uncomfortable as they were plastic but some people bought cheap lilos to lay on, we spent a lot of our days at the beach as it’s about a 3 minute walk and have free comfy sunbeds! You do have to pay for drinks though. Staff were friendly and helpful, we had cleaners come to our room everyday to give us fresh towels and top up on toilet rolls. A lot of reviews said about cold food and flies, we stayed for 11 nights and food was always hot, only saw a few flies around, nothing major. Overall we had a really good stay here and would probably return. A holiday is what you make it and we had fun. A good budget hotel.

  This is an honest to god review. If you have any sense you will avoid this living hell. So here goes. We booked through love holidays for the first time ????. There is no rep at this hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, Expecting a bell boy or sumbody to help with the luggage, We were quick to find out you take your own luggage and I am part disabled. We got to our room and we were bitterly disappointed it was very small, There was broken tiles, Uneven tiles, Broken toilet and the room was not clean, There was a fridge but the hotel does not supply water. The beds are like sleeping on the floor but with a few springs jabbing your back. We never slept. My partner happened to look behind the TV and there was bare wires coming out of the wall so he went to reception but they were not interested according to them it’s standard in Turkey to have the wires this way. We videotaped the room and next day we called love holidays who were not interested but with a lot of persistence we got a room change. Next chapter The new room was bigger but it was above the bar,? Omg the music went on untill the early hours then the night time revellers started up.The room is very basic and we had to complain a couple of times about the mattress but £20 quid later slipped to reception and a mattress appeared so we have 1 plug in our room n the lights dont always work, The cleaner comes in daily but she does not clean. She changes the sheets but not the one n only blanket. You get 1 toilet roll but because it’s so thin it does not last the day. Don’t bother asking for anymore. So to the pool, We choose to go to the quiet pool, there was scum floating on the top so my partner cleaned it daily, Watch what ur doing with the tiles as they r very slippery to the point I slipped coming out of it and have hurt my head n my back. Reception was not interested. They have now closed the quiet area for the season n we are in the main pool but it’s not big enough for all the people that are there plus the music is so loud. The drinks at the bar are disgusting it’s just the cheapest they can get a hold of plus the staff are rude. There are coffee machines in the hotel but again there not up to much. Breakfast. If you love Turkish food you will live like a king if you don’t then you have a problem. The food is disgusting I bought my own Breakfast from the supermarket n thats wot I use. The waiting staff are also rude they will try n take your plate before u have even finished. If your not down for breakfast before 10 then your getting nothing. We looked at lunch. We looked at dinner. Omg not for us or in fact most of who was in the hotel as they all had the same complaint as us We have been eating out all the time which is costly far more than we would have payed the last time we were in Turkey. There are lots of young people in this hotel so the boom boom from their hotel room is horrid. We complained again but it’s pointless. I wood also like to point out there are no lifts in this hotel but there is in the other complex to which you have to cross the road to get to this hotel is split in 2. If you want a nice holiday please please stay away from this place. It’s 16.17 it’s pouring rain n all I can hear is loud music n teens arguing. To call this a 4star no where near it 1 at the most. I hsve 2 weeks left here n love holidays won’t give us a hotel swap. I can’t wait to go home out of this hell.
