  Absolutely Amazing Hotel. First time here, Booked as a family but unfortunately daughter and Granddaughter couldn’t make it. They would have loved it.Staff are Brilliant, friendly and always looking after your every need. Absolutely spotless, Rooms are Cleaned and bed Change every day. Amazing! Close to all Amenities. Our first time and definitely will be back and 200% Recommend to any one. Been coming to Turkey 25+ years and stayed in some 5 star hotels, This is by far the best I’ve felt so comfortable in. Family Run. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

  Experience can only be described as Amazing!!!

  Me my wife and kids have been coming to this hotel for the last eight holidays we’ve been on, my wife used to come to this hotel with her family when she was a child, the hotel is perfectly located stone throw from the main strip and beach but not too close if you’re picky about noise levels, the hotel itself is a nice hotel a lot of upgrades and work been done over the last few years, the hotel itself is very clean and well looked after, the food is always of a great quality, the staff are warm friendly outgoing and nothings too much hassle plus they have a good sense of humour and always attentive and ready to help if or when needed, we’ve came across the same people and families over the years and became friends, I can only assume everyone who keeps coming back to club palm gardens keskin keep coming back for the same reason…. It’s great! I think that alone speaks volumes, I wouldn’t be a person to put down other hotels but when it comes to me and my wife it’s the keskin or nothing, we were last out on holiday late June ‘26 for three weeks and would like to say a big thankyou!!!! To Ozz Ergün and Ibo and team for a fantastic holiday!!! ??????????

  fantastic location lovely pool good WiFi included in did half board the choice of food is fantastic the best chefs you can pick from a massive menu starter main coffee cake after we'll worth doing very clean rooms I had attic room massive balcony in the sun in afternoon evening perfect for me lots of steps to walk up but if walking not an issue pick attick staff lovely friendly kind polite evening entertainment very little but thats fine lovely beach 5min walk beautiful boat trips

  Lovely little hotel. Every you need is all on your doorstep too.I was bed and breakfast. We still eat from the hotel most days. Meals are cooked fresh and really cheap.Staff are friendly. Remembered my son's name from day 1.The only down fall was our room was in the attic. I suffer with degenerative disc disease. It killed me walking up and down the stairs.I would definitely come back. Different room though

  We stayed here for a week in September. I think the best bit about this hotel, is that you’re in a really good location so it’s a great base. You’re central to all of the main areas and you can walk to the main road in less than 5 mins, the beach in about 10. The hotel itself is clean, although the maid in our room wasn’t great (B-225). Our bedding was only changed once or twice during the week and there were a couple of days where we had to ask for fresh towels and even toilet paper when we had none (after she’d apparently been in!) On the days that she did come in to clean, I’m sure she only topped up the things I mentioned above, I’m 99% sure the floors were never mopped etc. The biggest downside to the rooms were the old fashioned key turn to lock and unlock the door. I haven’t been to a hotel before where you have to physically lock and unlock your door with a key rather than a key card. We were only given one key between us and we were told ‘no’ when we asked for a second key the following day by a reception guy. I then went back and asked somebody else later that day because one key between two people is ridiculous! especially when you’re not spending every minute of the holiday together. Any hotel I’ve been to, you always get two keys for the room and I’ve even been given a third in the past. There’s also no lift in the hotel. We never ate any dinners in the hotel as there are so many places surrounding the hotel nearby but we did have a few breakfasts. The food that we did have was fine. I do have to mention the people in the restaurant though, I’ve never actually come across such miserable young staff in my life! One of the guys which was a younger man who was quite stocky and two girls that sit and take payments at the bar, I never saw them smile once. It’s not a nice vibe to be around when you’re on holiday! A smile costs nothing.The pool area was good. Sun beds were never a problem to get, even if you got down to the pool later in the morning. There was always a sunbed or two left over. They played some decent music around the pool too.Also be careful in the hair dressers at the hotel. He tried to over charge me by telling me that he loses 20% (???!!!!) if you pay by card. So he was then trying to charge me £100 for an £80 treatment! My Turkish friend told me later on that they only lose 2-5%, so I’m not sure why he tried to charge me an extra £20! No one expects a 5* experience when the hotel is dirt cheap don’t get me wrong. So I think for the money you pay, it’s a perfectly acceptable base. It just would have been really nice to see happier staff with an occasional smile.
