    Wonderful Place with Wonderful staff members. Always there when you need something, going the extra mile in order to make your holiday perfect. I asked the team if they could arrange a nice surprise for my Dad and his girlfriends Anniversary on very late notice and writhing 15-20 minutes they had wine, mixed food plate, flowers and robes out to make their day that much more special. Every morning you are welcomed with smiles and happy staff members, Especially Fatih, Mazlum, Hasan, Oguzhan coming over constantly to make sure everything is perfect.

    I had an amazing time at the hotel and surrounding areas. Ossie (Customer Relations) was an excellent host ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. He checked in and was accessible at all times as needed. We were treated to a birthday cocktail and received a beautiful hand written birthday card. 🎂 Gizem, restaurant supervisor was so accommodating during our stay, she was welcoming, friendly and very professional in her service role. She was knowledge about the hotel and made breakfast a real treat with great service, beautiful energy and always a smile or little wave. Ataf gave us a really warm welcome and arranged a room change within minutes of our arrival. Reception staff were brilliant and so accommodating and well informed. I found the bar manager to be very abrupt and dismissive, quite full of his own self importance and drinks were not mixed well.😏Ongoing music was a real treat, good vibes, even the ducks were chill.Definitely recommend this little oasis for a gateway. Great place to just stop and recharge.
