Location

The hotel is located between Dalaman Airport (some 3 km away) and the town of Dalaman and is close to interesting places to visit, such as the pretty riverside town of Dalyan and its famous mud baths or the marina at Gocek with its luxury yachts. Links to the local public transport network are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel while the centre of Dalaman with its various restaurants, bars, pubs and shopping venues is approximately 2 km away.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 4-storey building with a lift and 174 rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    An involuntary stay due to our flight cancellation.

    As I imagine happens to many others, we were involuntary guests at this hotel, having been accommodated there (free of charge) by the airline that canceled our flight and rebooked us on the following day.We were therefore not in the best frame of mind to appreciate the hotel's amenities, which are certainly there: being in a bad mood, two of the three of us voluntarily remained "confined" to the hotel all day, while the third went on a long hike in the surrounding area.The hotel is visibly of a good standard in every respect: rooms, bathrooms, and common facilities.We also, of course, took advantage of the restaurant service, which is buffet-style for all three meals of the day. The only negative note about this service: the poor quality of the cappuccino we enjoyed in the morning.     We stayed with ou4 two children there one night before our flight from dalaman airport.The reception were friendly and welcoming in general. The lobby is good for such size and in this class hotel. We could not provide family room for 4, so offered two separate rooms. Though we have asked 2 days before to give the rooms next to each other, they could not do it. We even asked in the reception again, did not work.The rooms are good sizewise. Even there is an extra bed for the third one. The cleaning was OK. The air conditioner did not work , though we tried to switch it on before sleeping. The breakfast is OK, but not good enough for 4 star hotel in Türkiyə. It is also 10 minute drive by taxi which is good, but the noise of planes are disturbing at night especially.     The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were dark, there was little light. When I took a shower, the water was cool. Generally clean. The rooms were a little tired. The food was so-so, nothing special, but there was no hunger. There was nothing to see in the surroundings, rather just a good place to sleep.     Great Experience

    Second visit to this hotel, apart from losing indulgence tag it is still a great hotel. Did notice less staff and had to line up for drinks sometimes. The hotel was busier than last year but so much space, bars, pools it does not feel claustrophobic. A big shout goes out to Mustaffa from the main restaurant who was so helpful, polite and conversed with us so much, a credit to the hotel and what we expected from the staff here, all staff were great and made it a pleasure.     Worst airport I have ever travelled through! Avoid if possible

    This is the worst airport I have ever been to. I had a beer, because I thought it would be the cheapest drink - £24! I had my water bottle as there is always a water fountain - No! I asked a member of staff and was told there are no water fountains. I asked about free Wi-Fi and was told there is no Wi-Fi at the airport. This airport is a complete disgrace. Turkey is more expensive now but this airport is beyond expensive and staff/service is well below what anyone has a right to expect. I will never travel through this airport ever again unless I have absolutely no option. Be warned! I would mark it minus 10 if I had the option.
