The aparthotel is located in an area of natural beauty, in the small resort of Dalyan, close to a river where boat tours are organised. Dalyan's restaurants, bars, pubs, shopping venues and public transport links are about a 5-minute walk away. The beach is about a 15-minute drive, and there are local transport links to nearby towns, the nearest being Ortaca, which is approximately 11 km away. Dalaman Airport is approximately 30 km from the establishment.

Guests have a choice of 60 rooms, including 40 apartments, 3 single rooms and 13 double rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. The apartment hotel offers room service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities of some rooms.     An absolute gem of a place, right on the waterfront, tables to sit and watch the boats coming and going or little cushioned authentic traditional seating areas. Family run, amazing friendly service, top quality food made with love and care

    Shady paradise by the river

    This is a family run, small hotel, perched on the tree-lined banks of the Dalyan river, a mere two minute walk from the central square. A beautiful place matched by the warmth and beauty of the people who run it. The breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace, with views over the temple tombs, includes, among other things, home produced honey and olives. In the evening, we had barbecued fish and an incredible salad, also served on the roof top. The rooms are spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for our stay, including mosquito screen, so that you can leave the door to the terrace open, and a television. The staff could not have been more helpful and attentive to our every need!

    What a beautiful little place

    We have been visiting Dalyan for 12 years and have lived here for the past 2 years and I have to ask myself why we have never visited this lovely little place before today. I have a feeling that perhaps the garden is now on show more than it used to be and has also been renovated slightly so perhaps that why we were tempted to go in today. So pleased we did, simple food, very traditionally Turkish, well cooked and served with a smile. We shall definitely be visiting again.

    A hidden gem for a meal

    We have been coming to Dalyan for many years and this has become one of our favourite places to stop for a lunch or a light evening meal. The hotel is located by the river, where you can sit on the Turkish cushions in the shade of the lime trees and enjoy the excellent pancakes or kebabs and a coffee or even better a cold fruit juice, the pomegranate is excellent. The staff are cheerful, friendly and helpful. All this for a fraction of the cost of a McDonalds in a motorway services, not much of a comparison but it does provide some perspective. This is genuinely one of my favourite places to just sit, relax and be, to watch the boats and the world pass by. When the full blown restaurant meals are too much or you need a break from the shops this little oasis of tranquility is priceless.

    Surprisingly good place to eat

    We were just looking for a shady place to have lunch and this seems lovely. Totally Turkish with Turkish seating. We were the only foreigners in the place.I had chicken shish kebab and my husband had the mixed grill. Both were two huge big plates full and both freshly cooked. We had two glasses each of the pomegranate and orange juice which was absolutely delicious. No Alchol served, but did not miss it. Cost 180TL in total, amazing value.
