The hotel enjoys the perfect setting in the heart of Dalyan, only a few minutes' walk away from the centre of Dalyan, approximately 8 km from İztuzu Beach, around 11 km from Ortaca and 25 km away from Dalaman Airport.

The resort has a lift and features 58 non-smoking rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Great location but that's about it. It's a three star hotel. Quality of the rooms isn't great, though the superior rooms on the Spa side are fine. It's really just one hotel, so the separate "Spa" reservation process is confusing. As has been noted, coffee at breakfast is terrible but they have chosen not to do anything about it. There is also an alarm on the room doors that sounds and can be heard through the entire hotel if you leave the door open. Bizarre. And the whole thing with the multiple signs telling you to not bring in outside food or drink is too much. I made a point of not eating at the hotel.

    Lovely staff , rooms cleaned daily , gorgeous gardens . Would definitely go back . Special mention to the lad at the omelette station, had the patience of a saint ; the young lady on reception & Ali the pool man , so helpful . Thank you all . ( There are lots of lovely cats who are extremely well looked after )

    We booked into this hotel for 21 nights and paid an upgrade for the room. We had 2 nights there, second night only while waiting to move to another hotel in Dalyan.To give this hotel one star is generous. We were allocated room 2108 on arrival.This room is next to the kitchen, the room had an awful stale cooking smell, and a kitchen generator near the back wall of the room louder than the air conditioning.The only cold beer on offer was a can of Effes at £4 each.To order food there were no Menu's, food had to be ordered via your own phone with a download.Sleep was impossible, generator till 10.30 at night then 4am tables were starting to be removed for the breakfast set up, these were stacked against the room wall so lots of banging and clattering. Not the peace and quiet promised on the web site .Room itself was not what was expected. Toilet roll holder hanging off the wall, beaker holder minus the beaker, 6 very nice coat hangers in the wardrobe for a 21 night stay ?? No big fluffy towels just the usual thin grey ones as found in other less expensive hotels.Breakfast was adequate, nothing out of the ordinary for Turkey. We felt sorry for the young man making the omelette's fighting with the wasps.Apparently it was our own fault for not asking for a room change, nothing to do with Management allocating this room knowing how bad it was.

    Dalyan Resort HotelVal and I have visited the Resort for 18 years, sometimes twice a year, that speaks for itself.Obviously things change over time, but not the policy of the Resort where the guests needs come first.We meet Many guests who return time and time again, The location is ideal for us, beautiful gardens on a river setting, no shortage of areas sunbathing.May not suite families with teenagers.

    We stayed in September 2025. The Hotel, hotel staff and the location were very, very good and when we got home, we immediately booked to go back next year. Food in the hotel was typically Turkish - nice simple food but there are also a lot of great little places to eat right along the riverside or in Dalyan town that you can walk to or get a cab in the evening. A cab to Dalyan costs less than £4. Among the excellent staff, John in the bar and Ali the pool man were special. Not sure it would suit young families so much but we loved it. Shame they didn't include real balconies when they built the place but the Dalyan Resort still got an overall 5 star rating from us.
