  Start with the good points............ Ozzy the bar man, great guy. Gave us a lovely welcome... good location for restaurants, beach and shopping. Bad points....... tiny room, not big enough for 2 people. .... Tiny dirty, smelly bathroom, shower door missing so everywhere got soaked..... sun ony touched a few sunbeds at all 85% in the shade all day long. So if you were not up before 7am you had no chance of getting a good sunbed....... Free breakfast so bad we only tried it once..... in the evening, don't think of sitting on a quiet balcony, oh no, the bar around the corner is deafening until the early hours.... Tv does not work...if you want to pay by card it's an extra 10% put on top of your bill..... we ordered an English cooked breakfast and what arrived was lettuce, grilled green peppers, salami, tomato 2 eggs and 2 toast. Not what was advertised on the menu... not the cleanest hotel and the entire place smelt of damp and mold. Would not return or recommend

  Third solo visit, already booked for next year. Have made amazing friends and more this trip. Loads of positive improvements have been made , new cleaning system is a hit. Rooms are small but clean, great powerful shower, plenty of hot water. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Chef available all day for poolside snacks, traditional Turkish breakfast included or you can purchase a cooked English. Communication was not a problem if any strange requests or language barrier as they were using phones to translate!! Hotel situated off the Main Street, 5 minutes from the beach, all the restaurants and entertainment right on your doorstep.Ozzy behind the bar and the owners remember you from previous visits, makes you feel part of the family, even remembering my daughter who was with me on my first visit in 2023. If you want 5* and AI this hotel is not for you but if you want a small , clean, childfree , fun and friendly hotel with everything on your doorstep, then give the Dilhan a try.

  Basic hotel but you only get what you pay for good value for money very clean room house keeping every day food ok pool was decent staff were very friendly and helpful decent location would definitely stay there again

  Stayed for a week with friends, good points its cheep to stay and ozzy the barman is great. Bad points, £8 per night for air con, 10% added if paying by card, TV doesnt work, mold ridden ceiling in bathroom, flood from said ceiling hence mold, extra key £20, safe £2 per night, breakfast god awful. You come to expect these add ons as free.
