Location

This hotel is situated directly beside the beach, by Marmaris Bay. The town centre with an array of shops, restaurants and bars, is to be found approximately 3 km away. Minibuses stop close to the hotel and take guests into the centre of Içmeler (5 km) within a short period of time. Dalaman airport can be reached in 1h45 by making use of public transport (90 km).

Facility

Guests have a choice of 192 non-smoking rooms, including 7 junior suites, 4 suites, 12 single rooms and 149 double rooms, located in a 5-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. This hotel has a lift and a 24-hour reception desk. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for lunch). The hotel also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    The hotel is he’s beautiful. It is a great location right on the beach Central to all shopping bars and restaurants. It is a very chilled hotel rooms are amazing great value for money staff of very friendly and helpful and the place is immaculate. Food is great value for money something there for everybody?

    Very disappointing experience. For the price this hotel charges, the level of service and overall quality were unacceptable. The staff treated guests poorly, with little professionalism or attention to customer satisfaction.The hotel looks luxurious online, but the actual experience does not match the cost at all. Between the bad treatment, lack of service, and poor value for the money, this was far from a 5-star experience.I would not recommend staying here if you expect proper hospitality and quality for what you are paying.Please don’t got the main Bar if Yanery is there. 🤯🤯🤯

    ​I am writing to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional experience we are having at Elegance Hotels International.​Everything has been truly magnificent. The location is perfect, providing easy access to everything, and the cleanlinessand comfort of our room have exceeded our expectations. We particularly value the privacy of our room; having two spacious balconies while remaining completely secluded is a rare and wonderful feature.​The culinary experience deserves a special mention. Every dish from the open buffet is clearly prepared by master hands. In particular, we would like to thank Mr. Yıldıray for the incredible flavors he creates at the grill station – he is truly a master of his craft.From the fully equipped gym that allows us to maintain our routine, to the wonderful massage service and the elegant atmosphere created by the live piano music, every detail has been perfect. The beach is pristine and the service is impeccable.​We have already decided that we will definitely be returning, and we would love to stay in this exact same room again on our next visit and same room 167​Thank you and the entire team for your outstanding hospitality and for making our stay so memorable.

    My stay at the Elegance Hotel was a complete disaster and far from a 5-star experience. The property is currently a construction zone; there was constant drilling and plastering on the guest floors, making it impossible to relax. The hygiene standards are equally appalling—we actually saw blood-stained mattresses being stored on the third floor.​The room itself was in poor condition with mismatched furniture and a non-functional shower head. Furthermore, the jacuzzi was out of order, and even the staff admitted these issues have been ongoing for a long time.​With subpar food, no entertainment for children, and a very lackluster bar selection, this hotel is a massive waste of money. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place until they actually meet 5-star standards.
