This is a centrally located hotel which enjoys an ideal setting just 50 m from views of Icmeler Bay and 80 m from the sandy beach. The nearest links to the public transport network are just 50 m and the town centre, with its restaurants, bars and shopping venues, is only 100 m away. Mugla is a 65-minute drive and it is 98 km to Dalaman Airport.

Facility

6 junior suites and 74 double rooms are available to guests in a 5-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. A continental breakfast buffet provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available.     Fantastic location few mins from the beach. The atmosphere and vibes are elite. Rooms are very modern and well maintained. Great Value for money exceptional service. Staff amazing especially Beyza and Sebastian tour guide. They were honestly the reason we enjoyed our stay. All staff very attentive and helpful.     After 18 years of visiting Turkey and staying in many all-inclusive hotels, unfortunately this is one I would not return to.The hotel itself is moderately clean and the staff are generally friendly and helpful when asked directly, however there was very little initiative shown throughout the stay. Simple things such as soaps and shampoo in the room were not automatically checked or replenished, and although the cleaners mopped the floors daily, the rug was never vacuumed during our visit.We stayed on the road side of the hotel and the noise levels at night were extremely bad, with loud music and banging continuing until around 12:30am every night. I had several early morning boat trips booked and ended up sleeping with headphones every evening just to get some rest.Food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was acceptable but very repetitive and clearly catered more towards Turkish and Eastern European guests, which made up the majority of the clientele during our stay. The bar selection was also disappointing and lacked the variety you would normally expect from an all-inclusive hotel.The spa and gym were probably the best part of the hotel — both were very clean, modern and well equipped.The pool and beach areas felt very basic. Getting drinks while using the beach involved quite a long walk in the heat, and the sun loungers and umbrellas around both the pool and beach were poor quality, tired and often dirty. The towels provided were also rough and uncomfortable.I’m not sure whether this was due to the time of year or the guest mix during our stay, but at times I genuinely felt like a second-class guest. Staff often rushed to assist other guests while I was left waiting, and on multiple occasions people pushed in front of me in food queues without any staff intervention.Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations for the price paid, and despite loving Turkey and regularly holidaying here, this is one hotel I would not revisit.     So, where to start. First of all, let me say that the staff are first class, always smiling, always helpful, definitely go the extra mile for you. Pool is lovely, not too big, nice comfortable loungers. The wee lady who cleaned our room was just fab, very thorough and just lovely. The spa was tremendous, great service and not too expensive. But...the room, small, dated, in need of a bit of tlc, lamp stuck to the wall with globs of clear mastic. We had a sea view room on the 5th floor as we had heard about the "Shake bar" if you were staying in a street facing room, you definitely weren't getting any sleep but from our sea view room (and the view was stunning) there were two bars in front and one to the side which whilst nowhere near as noisy as the Shake bar would be an issue if you were a light sleeper. The food was quite bland but edible, they did do a lovely chicken curry one lunchtime but other than that, the food was pretty average.Whether you were going to the pool, the snack bar or down to the beach you went through the restaurant, just a bit weird. There is no "bar" as such, you can get drinks at the snack bar or pool bar during the day but the rest of the time you had to go to the pool bar and either sit at the pool, bring your drink back in and sit in the lobby or sit in the cafe (which was lovely) Personally sitting at the pool bar at night for me isn't really something I'd choose to do.     Beautiful area close to the beach

    We just got back nice clean hotel. Food wasn't to our taste eat out most nights. Unless your tipping everyone who smiles at you some staff where rude bar lad told my husband to get your own drink couple of times...don't get me wrong we did tip alot of the staff maybe not enough!! to be treated in such away. For this reason we wouldn't stay again.
