  Rude staff over priced hotel room drinks /snacks

  On arrival we were informed air con was £8 a day overpriced in my opinion .staff take bags to room ..we imediatley head out to grab food after 8 hours travelling…on way back we had tea coffe juice & water in a bag …the manager appears from no where & rudley tries to confiscate our stuff & informs us that no outside food or drink in rooms (never had this b4 any where)drinks from rooms were over priced .we bought drinks from bar at pool was no issue but asked to buy 5 days aircon & was refused as he said we could only buy 10 days at a time …rude staff/double priced soft drinks/snacks in room..been going turkey 10+yrs never experianced such rudeness or outdated hotel rooms …icmeler was great place hotel+staff let it down …not once did we get a hello after first nyt …other hotel users had same issues aswell …not impressed ?? Secondly, please do not lie and write the truth here. When you first arrived at the hotel with drinks in your hand, we only gave a verbal warning and said that you can take them this time, but if you do it again, we will keep your drinks at the bar and you can take them back when you go out. If you think the prices of drinks in the rooms are high and you complain about it, you should spend your next holiday somewhere where you can bring your own food and drinks. You cannot compare the beverage prices in any hotel in the world with the supermarket prices. If you don't know, they don't serve you your drinks and don't wash your dishes at supermarkets. Also, take enough money with you on your next vacation, otherwise you may have to tell these lies about other hotels. As for the air conditioning, we said that since we have 40 rooms and we cannot follow the air conditioning of each of them on a daily basis, if you want to buy it, we can only give it until the end of your holiday. When we told you this very politely, you turned around and walked away, saying, "This is such a terrible hotel, everything is nonsense." Despite this attitude, all our staff welcomed you with smiles and sincerity until the end of your holiday. But you even ignored our staff's good morning and good night. You also mentioned that other customers are experiencing the same issue. It makes us laugh that the person who experienced these problems and mentioned them in the previous comment is also your partner. If you think the rooms are old, look at the photos of the rooms offered on your next visit, if you don't like them, choose a more luxurious hotel according to your budget.

  Worst hotel ever

  I visit Marmaris three times per year and decided to try Icmeler big MISTAKE !!I have never came across a manager over all the years i have visited Turkey ???? The manager had no management skills or people skills he was rude and over changing for everything air conditioning food juice etc This place is a absolute joke i will never return Icmeler was lovely but the worst hotel i have ever came across please be aware before you book it will really upset you and you will wish you had booked some where else. Ercan Özbagci, Owner at Ercanhan Hotel Icmeler, responded to this review Worst Customer Ever :)After 2 days you've arrived the hotel, you came with 2 bottles of sprite, even though there were warnings at about 10 points of the hotel. It even says on the minibar where you put the drinks you bring with you that it is forbidden. You have also been verbally warned not to bring food or drinks. But you kept doing it and breaking the rules. And it's funny that you commented as the worst hotel because we warned you to follow the rules. If you think our manager has problems with human relations and management skills, we recommend you to take a look at other comments. All he does is explain the written rules to you verbally because you haven't read them. How nice does it look when you enter the hotel with drinks that you bought cheaper from outside, while other customers are drinking the drinks they bought inside the hotel? It would be better to make your next reservation at a hotel that offers self-catering service.

  Just finished a lovely holiday to turkey staying at the Ercanhan hotel. The Hotel was everything I wanted lovely clean rooms, nice pool area and wonderful staff. The only area I think that could improve slightly is the breakfast selection It would be really nice if you could add some fruit to the buffet. Other than that I had a lovely time and will defiantly be back

  Great little hotel . Location is central to bars and restaurants . The hotel staff are so friendly and the maids work extra hard to keep the rooms spotless, clean towels and bedding daily . Plenty of sunbeds and food good in hotel too . The breakfast is a basic Turkish breakfast and we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel

  Just back from the erchahan , lovely place to stay rooms are bit dated spotless though bed was comfy pillow was hard small shower was great plenty of hot water,balcony was a bit on the small side the cleaners work so hard, breakfast could have been better , boiled egg , scrambled egg, tomatoes ,cucumber , jam bread one choice of meat ,cheese triangles ,olives , would have been better if cereals ,yoghurt and fruit was added , they have a good selection on the menu recommend the chicken baguette was amazing the pool was lovely and clean plenty of sun loungers , hotel is central to bars and restaurants , beach is near to , staff are pleasant , beko the manager lovely guy
