    Excelsior annex was very dirty hotel , you could say it’s a nightmare , when we got there no air con had to pay extra for that , think it was around £80 and didn’t work well . Wish I had of read reviews before I went . Got up next morning and someone’s full English breakfast in microwave , towel rail hanging off wall , not properly fitted . We went out and bought a load of cleaning fluids . 2 fold up beds in living area very uncomfortable. Bathroom was really dirty we spent first morning of our holiday cleaning. If you’re gonna stay here stay at club junior or the other one . You can still use everything across the road at pool . You can’t pay for things using lira or English . You have to buy like a watch which you put money on at reception, more money you put on you get discount prices on food and drink . Entertainment for everyone was great and staff working there was great especially elvis who went out his way to help us and make holiday more enjoyable. My opinion annex wants knocked down and rebuilt that was only let down stay at club excelsior or club junior .

    Just got back from exelsior annex which is over the road to the main hotel went half board had a lovely one bedroom apartment room 203 with sun on the balcony overlooking main hotel Ajda who cleaned my room was friendly and kept my room clean staff all amazing and food was good plenty off choice off the menu restaurant part off main hotel pool entertainment all there but by the side off the annex is a lovely small pool and a suntrap quite and peaceful big thank you to all ihsan öztürk SALAKOSLU, Owner at Club Exelsior Annex, responded to this review Dear AileenThank you very much for your lovely review We always love to hear when guests have had a great time with us.     Stayed here twice, once in september and again in October. Its very good value for money. Yes its basic and could potentially do with a slight refurb however its cleaned regularly. the fact you can use the club excelsior and junior is perfect as well as has its own private pool. cannot complain for cost. ihsan öztürk SALAKOSLU, Owner at Club Exelsior Annex, responded to this review Dear Guests Thank you very much for your review.     Please don’t go here the worst hotel in marmaris i have ever went to,hotel room was very dirty with dirty plasters in shower when i arrived the,had to asked to have it cleaned was were so dirty and i ended up with bed bug bites all over my body which had been confirmed since i got home ,it was that bad i left early and booked flights home ,i hated this hotel and how i was treated by bar staff when they gave other customer cheaper drinks and i was made to pay more and when 1 staff doesn’t like u the rest turn on u 2 ,and u are not aloud to bring in drinks from outside into hotel either there’s more but if u want bed bugs and dirty hotel which only gets cleaned after 3 days come here but u will hate it
