Worst hotel ive stayed in, rooms are dirty, towels and sheets only cleaned after 3 days, bare wires coming from fuse board, lift broke, sink in bathroom cracked, beds ver uncomfortable.

Exelcior annex is the budget hotel out of the 3 exelcior hotels..It has everything you need for a nice stay. The maids came regularly and cleaned the room always friendly always polite.The room contains 2 single beds 2 pull out chairs that turn into beds..a fridge with small freezer kettle microwave pots and pans and a 2 burner tabletop electric stove. The bathroom has a sink shower hairdryer and toilet everything you could need. There is a small table with stools to eat on..The balcony also has a small table and 2 chairs.It really has everything you need for a lower price but you get the same quality service.I have stayed in all 3 and cannot fault anything staff are helpful and friendly entertainment team are great too. Reception is always helpful.you can use any of the ammenities and pools of all 3 hotels..so you have a choice of 3 pools which in thereselves differ. The hotel supports a tom band which you load money on which can be used for food drink and the little shop next door. The big club exelcior has a tattoist and hair and beauty salon a bag shop and a clothes shop. Every wednesday they have a themed food barbecue which are lush. It is a family friendly place with a childrens club with free and some paid activities. There are 2 professional photographers on scene to capture any family photos you would like.Night time the entertainment has a slot especially for the children. Pool games and fitness also. There is also a gym if people like to workout on holiday. They also hire scooters to get around marmaris. Club exelcior is not far from the beach and a bit more lively night life. Theres is a taxi rank close by the hotel next to the park that has workout equipment on. Icmeler is onl a short distance away so you can visit and see the famous fishing dog leo it has a quiter atmosphere from marmaris and is less than a £1 on the bus most taxis charge around £12 so is the better option. It really is in a ideal locacation with staff who do their utmost to make your holiday enjoyable.. Really is a home from home LOVE IT! See you all again soon

Excelsior annex was very dirty hotel , you could say it’s a nightmare , when we got there no air con had to pay extra for that , think it was around £80 and didn’t work well . Wish I had of read reviews before I went . Got up next morning and someone’s full English breakfast in microwave , towel rail hanging off wall , not properly fitted . We went out and bought a load of cleaning fluids . 2 fold up beds in living area very uncomfortable. Bathroom was really dirty we spent first morning of our holiday cleaning. If you’re gonna stay here stay at club junior or the other one . You can still use everything across the road at pool . You can’t pay for things using lira or English . You have to buy like a watch which you put money on at reception, more money you put on you get discount prices on food and drink . Entertainment for everyone was great and staff working there was great especially elvis who went out his way to help us and make holiday more enjoyable. My opinion annex wants knocked down and rebuilt that was only let down stay at club excelsior or club junior .

Just got back from exelsior annex which is over the road to the main hotel went half board had a lovely one bedroom apartment room 203 with sun on the balcony overlooking main hotel Ajda who cleaned my room was friendly and kept my room clean staff all amazing and food was good plenty off choice off the menu restaurant part off main hotel pool entertainment all there but by the side off the annex is a lovely small pool and a suntrap quite and peaceful big thank you to all ihsan öztürk SALAKOSLU, Owner at Club Exelsior Annex, responded to this review Dear AileenThank you very much for your lovely review We always love to hear when guests have had a great time with us.
