  This was our first time visiting Turkey, and staying at Excelsior Junior made our first experience even more special! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome.The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us throughout our stay .The hotel was lovely, clean and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic holiday, and we really appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was.We have had such an amazing time and made some lovely memories. We will definitely be recommending Excelsior Junior to family and friends, and we would absolutely love to come back again ??????Thank you to all the staff for making our first trip to Turkey so enjoyable and memorable ??

  Only outside sound ruined our break.

  This is our 2nd visit to this hotel, the only downside was the noise from other people staying during the nights we stayed, and slept little as a result.We couldn't fault the hotel at all, the staff were so friendly. The room we stayed in was a very good size, 2 single beds in one room and a sofa bed ready for us. The kitchen had what we needed and was part of the open plan with the main room, which we like. We were really impressed by the bathroom too, great size, decent shower and even separate toilets and sinks for adults and kids too.We stayed for 10 nights and paid £72 for the 2 units of aircon (living room and bedroom), and we were pleasantly surprised safe hire was only a £5 deposit, which we got back from the reception.To eat and drink here, you use their Tom system where money is loaded to a devixe to spend in here and next door at Club Excelsior. Great value for those who prefer to stay around the hotels, but as we go out, we didn't use it. Same with entertainment, our autistic son prefers and early night and go out during the day so we didn't go there.We would definitely return but at a quieter time of the year. The hotel would need to listen out and patrol around the hotel during the night, as we slept little due to banging, shouting etc of adults and kids at anytime upto 3am.

  Amazing last minute holiday! Self catering but operate using a tom band that works really well! The junior is defo the better hotel even tho you can use all facilities! You can get an sunbed at anytime of day without having to wake up early! Amazing entertainment team especially Sophie really interacts with everyone adults and children, remembers who you are and will help you with anything! Would 1000% go back! As a family of 4 with 2 kids we have honestly had the best time ever ??????
