This apartment complex is located in a peaceful side street, off the main shopping street of Marmaris. It is set on the outskirts of Marmaris, yet is just a short walk from the beach (300 m). The resort centre is approximately 4 km away and can easily be reached by taxi or local dolmus. Dalaman Airport is some 90 km from the complex.

The apartment hotel has 30 apartments, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. SHOCKING HOTEL ??

Came here with my family after my flight to London Stansted was unfortunately cancelled. We didn’t have a choice but look around for another hotel so we came across this hotel and let me tell you now conditions are probably better in a hotel in Afghanistan then here. As soon as you step in the hotel you get hit with a gust of a smell of cigarettes and get greeted by a pretty unhelpful member of staff. Stepping into to the room you get a door that doesn’t even lock, windows that don’t shut so security is a huge issue. The floors in the rooms are dirty fag buds on the floor, dirty bed sheets and pillows, stains on the walls, a outdated faded pink paint around the room, very dirty fridge,hob,bathroom. Dangerous plug sockets, broken out dated furniture. Even if it’s cheap as chips have a bit of self respect because I’m sure there’s cheap hotels in better condition than this. For the record we was her for 10 minutes after booking it and left as soon as possible!!!!!

Lovely place yes it’s in need of an update, cleaner was in every single day, staff absolutely lovely, Pam and Ali amazing managers, after staying here numerous times every year we feel like part of the family, for the first time ever we had evening meals there I will say they are absolutely amazing the chef is fantastic ended up eating there quite a bit, can’t wait for the next holiday

This place is really awful. It’s dirty, run down, everything is broken. Myself, my mum and my sun arrived here quite late at night. We were quite horrified and immediately complained and asked what could be done. The owner Pam was quite rude and intimidating, we overheard her saying to her staff “who the f**king hell do they think they are?!” They did move us next door to the banana apartments which were a little bit better but still not great. We moved to a different hotel the very next morning. When my aunt sent a complaint through to the company we booked with, they contacted the owner and she accused us of “bringing 3 men in from the street”??!! We definitely did not do this and even if we did, it still doesn’t excuse the state of the place. I understand it’s a budget hotel but in my opinion, there were things that could’ve been fixed/cleaned at little cost. Soner Önsel, Isletme Sahibi at Family Apartments, responded to this review Hello, we are new management crew of our hotel, took over 3 months ago . We renovated our hotel for this season and completely agree with you for previous conditions of our hotel. However, necessary actions are urgently taken by new management, so you will be shocked if you look at the new photos in booking. All of the furnitures are renovated and all of the conditions are improved by new staff. We will waiting for you to change your minds. Cheers:)))

Very old place. Dirty pillows, coaches and beds, they never clean the bathrooms during your stay only the rooms, no washing up liquid, no toilet cleaning liquids, one toilet roll per stay, broken plugs, definitely not a self catering place. The hob Very old, it takes an hour to fry chips or just boil pasta. You end up eating out, not enough caltery, mosquitos, the bathrooms doors don't close properly, water everywhere after a shower. The staff are very nice.location is very good Soner Önsel, Isletme Sahibi at Family Apartments, responded to this review Hello, we are new management crew of our hotel, took over 3 months ago, Our hotel regenerated by new management. Stay away absolutely disgusting vile woman Pam fouled mouthed and drunk She pretended she didn’t know my partner was Turkish even though he had been to the apartments and was shown around even allowing him to take a video so upon arrival on my booking in date she tried to charge me an additional £10 per night because he was Turkish
