  We have just returned from our 3rd stay at the Fatih Apartments.What can I say?Perfect location…far enough out to be peaceful, but close enough to walk.Lovely, friendly atmosphere, where nothing is too much.We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, with a pool facing balcony. There is also a mountain facing balcony from the bedrooms. The lounge/dining area has two sofa beds, table and chairs, fridge freezer and hob, with plenty of cupboard space and utensils. The pool/bar area is stunning, with a wide variety of foods on the menu (all cooked by the lovely RoseWe will definitely be back again! ??

  A Little Gem worth a visit

  I spent 4 nights in the Fatih Apart Hotel with a friend..What a beautiful little family run hotel; the staff are welcoming and very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The pool area is spotlessly clean and so relaxing, sunbeds are comfortable and there was plenty of seating available.The food served was delicious and plenty of choice on the menu.The rooms were clean, with a hairdryer & iron which was great.. just one little touch that would benefit the rooms would be a small reading lamp in the bedroom & living area.I wish I had booked for longer I could have quite happily stayed for a few weeks ??A special Thank you to Kaan & Rosie you were both lovely.. all the staff work very hard to make sure your stay is enjoyable.I would definitely return for longer next time..Thank you ??

LocationThe hotel is in a fantastic spot — just a 6-minute walk into Dalyan town, with supermarkets and great little eateries even closer. Everything you need is right on your doorstep.????? Pool & BarThe pool and bar areas are beautiful, spotless, and perfect for relaxing. The bar serves lovely food and drinks, and the whole outdoor space has a calm, friendly vibe that makes it easy to unwind.??? RoomsThe rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay — clean, practical, and well looked after. Ideal for both short and long stays.??????????? The FamilyThe family running Fatih Apart Hotel are what make it truly special. They are kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Their hospitality is genuine, and it’s a big part of why we returned.?? OverallA safe, friendly, beautifully kept hotel with a wonderful family at its heart.   Last year I stayed at Fatih Apart Hotel with friends, and I enjoyed it so much that this year I decided to come back on my own for a few days to relax and recharge. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I could have made.From the moment I arrived, Kaan and his family welcomed me like an old friend. Their kindness and hospitality are something really special, and they have a way of making every guest feel at home. It honestly feels less like staying at a hotel and more like visiting family.Everything was just as I remembered – the apartment was spotless, the pool and garden were peaceful, and the whole place had the same warm, relaxing atmosphere. It was exactly what I needed to switch off for a few days.A lot can change in a year, but one thing definitely hasn’t – the amazing people and the feeling this place gives you. Coming back reminded me why I loved staying here the first time, and it confirmed that returning was absolutely worth it.If you’re looking for a peaceful place in Dalyan with genuinely caring hosts, I can’t recommend Fatih Apart Hotel enough.
