we stayed for 5 nights in august 2017, the hotel has a good location and is clean, BUT, the staff barely speak English, the owner is Russian and doesn't even understand what towels are (towels are not super clean, as if they clean it and not in a laundry). their is no wifi in the rooms, they have a problem with hot/ cold water (MUST be fixed). the AC in our room was broken and freezing, we had to put towels to minimize the coldness. the breakfast is not delicious at ALL. but overall, for a 3 stars hotel we did not expect more of it, so it was okay...

Good hotel for a 3 stars, we were not expecting more of it.Rooms are big and spacious, not new furniture and the toilets are old.For a 3 stars and what we paid it was fair enough and near city center Marmaris and all facilities

Stayed for 2 nights having checked out of a The Seray Hotel across the road because it was so so dirty. It was refreshing to find The Prestige clean with fresh towels and bedding. The food was okay a good choice but frankly it was NOT hot, warm at best. I really cannot fault this hotel other than that, the staff were friendly if not a little nosey at times, but bar and restaurant staff were on the ball, drinks brought without even asking, tables cleared promptly and again the cleanliness was excellent. Overall although I was only there for a couple of nights, a GOOD hotel with GOOD standards X

we were 14 days at Hotel Prestige, in that connection we had invited our families with. The service was super, their apartments were really good, two balconies for each apartment, large and spacious, cleaning almost everyday, very short distance to the beach 100 m, bus stop outside the door, we'll go there again, 100% safe ... freddie and the gang was super. best regards and thank you for helping us with the wedding.

The hotel is very close to the beach (is behind one of the hotels as you cross the street from the beach), rooms pretty clean, air conditioner worked very good, you also have tv and a fridge, a small but clean bath. They don't change sheets or towels every two days like they said , they just take the rubbish away and bring toilet paper every day. The room has griststone on the floor so it doesn't held so much dust like carpets do. Some problems with the hot water but got quickly fixed after complaint. The breakfast was typical for a 3-star hotel (tomatoes,cheese, jam, honey,milk, cereals,tea, coffee) but dinner had very good and diverse food, each evening something different (rice, coush coush, pastas, salads, potatoes with vegetables, burgers etc) and fruits for desert (watermelon most of the times, apples, peaches). Overall the Grand Prestige (now also known as Sartal or something) was a good hotel for the range of price, I would say somewhere between average and very good.
