    Hotel from hell I’ve never experienced anything like this before in my lifetime,no cleaners had to ask for clean towels daily actually had to ask for everything from toilet paper to towels and get the room cleaned,bed changed ect,fridge was like a heater,wires hanging no tv no kettle,toilet seat sat on floor with fittings,curtains half way up the window,bathroom window wouldn’t close noise was horrendous,every time I ask for something to get fixed I was ignored as was everyone,I tried my best to get on with it and stick it out but they don’t even serve food only breakfast,the final straw for me was I went to change my own bed to find the mattress and pillows were absolutely filthy disgusting 🤢 I left after that still scratching thinking about what I was lying on,as for the fights every night usually the manager with guests was unbelievable the things he said to people,and got away with it,and most definitely a knocking shop I was ground floor so seen everything in and out every hour management didn’t care as long as he got paid 😡 the pool and sitting area stinking

    Worst hotel in the world! Do not book anything here under any circumstances!!! The owner of the hotel Mehmet is a crazy and two-faced man! When it started raining in Marmaris, our room was flooded so much that our belongings were floating in the water along with our documents! Everything in the hotel is falling apart and in terrible condition, during the rain there were bare wires everywhere, we almost got electrocuted! The owner didn't even apologise and threw us out on the street at 1am in a thunderstorm and refused to give us our money back, saying he didn't have any. Lied to everyone that it was our own fault, but in fact his hotel is very old and without repair, worse than a hostel. And the breakfasts are just not there! There was nothing but bread and jam.

    First there was hair on the bed when we checked in, second there is insects and cockroaches in the room, third the room arent cleaned daily and no towels, forth the bathroom stinks and the shower leaks from every side. fifth we wanted to leave this ugly hotel and then they refused until we pay an extra night even if we're not staying. sixth the breakfast is very weak consists of only cheese and eggs, we came in August 2024 and never coming back to this ugly hotel ever

    The place was absolutely filthy. I'm 70 and found the manager to be aggressive not just with me but with all the guests. There is no restaurant and you can't use the Turkish baths as it's full of broken furniture and glass cabinets. One of the swimming pools only has about 6 inch of water and is full of rotten food and fag ends. I complained that the sheets hadn't been changed from the last people in the room and they were stains on them . But the manager wouldn't have them changed. It seemed like the manager was using the place as a brothel. I wouldn't go back if I was paid to . Why on the beach and sunshine holidays use this place I don't know. If definitely not inspected
