This hotel is located in the heart of Marmaris, where the magical blue of the Aegean Sea and green pines combine to create fabulous natural surroundings. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity of this establishment. Guests will find restaurants within some 300 m of the hotel and bars and clubs are located around 1 km away. It lies about 1 km from the sandy beach, around 2 km from the city centre, 6 km from İçmeler and some 95 km from Dalaman International Airport.

4 suites, 58 apartments, 9 single rooms and 170 double rooms are available to guests in a 5-storey main building and a 7-storey auxiliary building. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 3 lifts. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. The spacious pool area, which includes 2 outdoorpools, is a great place for guests to relax and take a refreshing dip. Even on cool days, swimming is always at option at the indoor pool. Kids can splash around in one of the 2 children's pools. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball and basketball. Water sports enthusiasts are offered aquafit. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, hydrotherapy treatments, anti-ageing treatments and Ayurveda treatments and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy an entertainment programme.

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy their meals in the cosy atmosphere of the 3 restaurants, which are equipped with high chairs. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.     Grand Cettia All Inclusive: Disappointing Experience

    There were some positives during our stay at Grand Cettia, but overall, the experience fell well below our expectations for a 4-star-plus all-inclusive hotel.The positives: The hotel was very clean, and the front-of-house staff were absolutely amazing. They were welcoming, friendly and a real credit to the hotel.Unfortunately, the positives ended there.The rooms: We stayed in a family room, which left a lot to be desired. Despite being advertised to accommodate up to five people, the room had only one electrical socket. The furniture was old and very dated, and the sofa bed had definitely seen better days. It was extremely grubby and in need of replacement. The balcony was also tiny for a family room intended to accommodate up to five guests.The food and all-inclusive experience: The food selection was abysmal. The choice was extremely poor, and much of the food was served cold. It was so disappointing that we ended up eating out every evening during our seven-night stay. For an all-inclusive holiday, having to pay to eat elsewhere every night defeats the purpose of booking this type of package. Dinner finished at 9 pm, and after that, there were no snacks available, leaving very little for guests who wanted something to eat later in the evening.The pool area: The pool area was very small and overcrowded, with sunbeds crammed together and virtually no room to walk between them comfortably. In my opinion, this is a genuine health and safety concern, particularly when the area is busy.The hotel cat: The hotel cat was allowed to roam freely in and out of the dining room and around the hotel facilities. While some guests may enjoy having a cat around, this is not appropriate for everyone, particularly those with allergies. There should be greater consideration for guests who may be affected.Overall: I genuinely struggle to understand how this hotel is rated 4 stars plus. While the cleanliness and front-of-house staff deserve praise, the dated and poorly maintained room furnishings, very poor food quality and selection, overcrowded pool area and lack of evening snacks significantly detracted from our holiday.Based on our experience, the facilities and overall all-inclusive offering felt much closer to a 2-star standard than a 4-star-plus hotel.Sadly, I would not choose to stay here again, and I would advise anyone considering booking to research their options carefully before committing.

    We stayed at the Grand Cettia at the end of July/August for 11 nights. We are a family of 4 with 2 boys age 6 and 3. We arrived to the hotel quite late, check in was quick and easy. Room was basic but perfectly fine for what we needed and was cleaned daily. Food was good, our kids loved the pizza from the snack bar in the afternoon. There was a different theme each night, plenty to choose from. Entertainment team was great! Lots going on. Pool party on a Wednesday was brilliant. Our kids loved it. They also enjoyed the bubble show. It was our youngest sons birthday while we were visiting and the hotel made him a cake, decorated our room and reserved us a table by the stage which was lovely. Downside was the sunbed situation however we did visit in peak summer so the hotel was very busy. Sunbeds are quite crammed in and very close to each other. All in all we had a really great holiday and our kids absolutely loved being in the pool every day.

    This review is solely for the hairdressers not the hotel or staff The salon I had my hair blow dried told me£12 cost £17 she washed it and literally dried it never brushed and dried then covered it in hairspray was a damn mess I really have my doubts she was trained Also got eyebrows tinted had to was all the dye of my eyes as it was left told £15 cost me £18 AVOID
