The hotel enjoys a superb location surrounded by pine forests, overlooking the Bay of Marmaris. The resort of İçmeler is approximately 3 km away while its bigger sister, Marmaris, is 5 km away. Both are easily reached by public transport which runs from the main road in front of the hotel. İçmeler is home to numerous bars, restaurants, nightclubs and shops. Marmaris Castle and marina is some 5 km away. Rhodes is accessible by ferry in some 45 min. Dalaman Airport is about 95 km away.

AMAZING - location, cocktails, food , everything!

Absolutely blown away with this hotel! Best all inclusive I've ever been to. The choice of food and drink was incredible. All the cocktails you could dream of, all professionally made and garnished. I was pleasantly surprised with the option of Aperol spritz and strawberry mojitos! The main restaurant is busy but so plentiful of food, nothing runs out and there is so much choice! Seeing other reviews say there is not much choice or the food is poor is mind blowing! The Al carte food is also amazing! We stayed for 10 days - you're meant to only get 1 complimentary for each 7 days but we got 2! The pier is best place to spend the day but if you want a sunbed there you do have to be up very early, or you have to be brave enough to to move the hotel towels places there selfishly by guests that don't even turn up there all day?!?! We had no shame In going down at 9/10am and removing towels. (There is also a sign saying guests shouldn't do this, would be good if staff would remove them too!) The complex its self is beautiful! So green and well looked after! Lots of cute cats too and the hotel feeds them too, which is sweet! When we arrived we were put in b block - we asked to move as the aircon wasn't great and also b block felt abit quiet and dated compared to everywhere else! We moved to the garden bungalows which were 1000x better! We loved our stay here! The staff were amazing! So attentive! Emir at the 24/7 pool bar was a favourite for us! Would definitely return to this hotel! ??

We once again visited for our 9th time in September and I honestly say it just gets better. We always request the garden rooms and location if possible which they didn’t disappoint. The whole team of staff were 5* once again, big shout to Ahmet Muret, Emir, Ali and the wider team for once again making our holiday the best including all our friends we have made over the years See you next year for another load of fun?????????? Our little slice of Paradise

Thankyou yet again to the wonderful Grand Yazici Turban Thermal for another wonderful holiday ??. We kindly requested a specific room and it was lovely as always as love the Garden bungalows. Thankyou! We met some amazing people this year who will be friends for life! We call this our second home and will be returning next year as the hotel has everything to offer. Fantastic food, entertainment and always of course the staff. Big shoutout to Mustafa in restaurant as we first met him 3 years ago! He is lovely. To the amazing bar staff Emir, Firat, Ozzy, Ahmet, always looking after us and to others cannot remember everyone’s names! To the wonderful Ergun & Fatima who look after us on the beach along with Ahmet & Saim at pool. A special mention to Mehdi at Asian restaurant as the food and service was second to none. This is a beautiful hotel, the grounds and the greenery are beautiful. The food is decent and the al a carte restaurants are very good. Massive pool, excellent poolside entertainment. The original room in main building we did not like.They moved us to a garden room by quiet pool and felt like a completely different hotel, was lovely. Lovely blue flag beach! Especially for Marmaris as I found the beaches not to be too good there in general. Disappointing experience – would not returnUnfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing and, based on our experience, we would not return.We felt that the hotel was much more geared towards Turkish guests than British holidaymakers. The food in the main restaurant was particularly disappointing and, on several occasions, we struggled to find suitable food.The hotel in the main dining room was like a cattle market. Much preferred the other eating areas the Italian and steak unfortunately you only get one visit on an evening. We did ask if we could pay but were told that they couldn’t accommodate us.My husband has a food intolerance, which we made Guest Relations aware of as soon as we arrived. Unfortunately, the food was not clearly labelled with the ingredients and allergen information needed to make safe choices. This made mealtimes very stressful for us. We also found that communication was difficult at times, as the level of English spoken by some staff was limited.Another issue was smoking. Smoking was a problem in areas where we felt it should not have been, and we believe the hotel would benefit from having clearly designated smoking and non-smoking areas so that everyone can enjoy their holiday comfortably.Overall, there were several issues that affected our enjoyment of the holiday. We had hoped for a relaxing break but unfortunately left feeling disappointed.For us, this hotel did not meet the standard we expected and would not return.
