Location

The hotel enjoys a superb location surrounded by pine forests, overlooking the Bay of Marmaris. The resort of İçmeler is approximately 3 km away while its bigger sister, Marmaris, is 5 km away. Both are easily reached by public transport which runs from the main road in front of the hotel. İçmeler is home to numerous bars, restaurants, nightclubs and shops. Marmaris Castle and marina is some 5 km away. Rhodes is accessible by ferry in some 45 min. Dalaman Airport is about 95 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 454 non-smoking rooms located in a 5-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A variety of shops are available, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the holiday village feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel doctor.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. For guests' convenience, units include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Sport

Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 2 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. The complex offers outdoor sports, including bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball and basketball or, for a fee, tennis. Guests can take part in a comprehensive water sports programme, which includes paddle boating, snorkelling, water aerobics and aquafit, with windsurfing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing and diving available for a fee. The complex offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis and darts or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and Ayurveda treatments and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). Gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The complex also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    We travelled as a family of 10 with 3 rooms booked. We got a great deal so went with managed expectations about the weather and what would be available at the start of the season. Pros - rooms were clean and family room was spacious- coffee corner was great- lunch snack bar was always nice and waiting staff great - buffet generally had good selection of food- thermal adult pool was lovely - à la carte restaurants were both good- drinks were generally good and bar service was efficient - views from the beach were lovely - staff were goodCons- swimming pools were freezing and when the weather was not the best this meant the indoor spa pool was packed which impacted cleanliness- 8 out of 10 of us ended up with the bug that others in the hotel reported - the bike event took over the hotel and impacted others enjoyment. Everyone is a paying guest after all and contingencies for other guests should have been considered. There was no where to sit in the lobby area and as children are not allowed in the lobby bar this did cause issues for families. -the bike event also took over the beach bar which again impacted the space available to get a drink an sit anywhere under cover- there was initially no children’s club/mini disco, however, this was later remedied by hosting it in a conference room upstairs. This could have been implemented sooner. It was only 20 minutes but better than nothing- entertainment started later in our week and consisted of dancers (poor) and acrobatics which was better. There was no other entertainment, not even a singer.This hotel has a lot of potential and I am sure it is different in peak season but I also imagine this impacts the space available. Did we love it, no. But we needed a break and a change of scenery and we did get that for a good price.

    Amazing 10 days! Hotel is out of this world. Lots to see and do! Staff so friendly and helpful. The boat trip is so relaxing and only guests from this hotel and the sister hotel so its not over crowded! The a la carte restaurants we picked were the turkish and Italian. Italian was the best meal of the week for me! Our favourite person was Rana who bent over backwards to make sure our trip was everything we wanted it to be! I will definitely be back!

    Amazing , hotel was just as good as last year , food amazing , all hotel staff brilliant and helpful But a big shout out goes to RANA and her team in guest relations , could not do enough for you , and helped in every way possible , even saw Rana one day at 9 o’clock in the morning and then again still out trying to help guests at 12 o’clock midnight , special mention to ozzy at pool bar and Ali down at the beach bar amazing bar staff cleaners / housekeeping where brilliant , place was always clean And tidy 10/10 club turban can’t wait to come back

    Big hotel very cleanand staff are great. The downside is the food is hit and miss. Even tho your in turkey ther were alot of turkish people staying in the hotel that were really rude. There were a few incidents a turkish woman telling my 14 year old daughter to move her chair even tho we was there 2 or 3 hours before that rat turned up. Manners cost nothing been marmaris 12 times and its the worst hotel as a family we have stayed in AVOID !

    Really had a fantastic holiday, relaxing, fun easy going hotel staff amazing!! Entertainment staff really easy going didn't pester to join in activities really chilled especially Murat what a guy!! Made the holiday!!
