Centrally located, the apartments are within easy access of the local beach which is a couple of minutes' walk away and the resort's amenities are within 100 m, including the bus station and beach. Dalaman Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 100 km and Milas-Bodrum Airport roughly 120 km away.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 18 apartments and 8 studios, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. A baggage storage service, a safe, a currency exchange service, medical assistance and a smoking area are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.

    I feel if you want a more relaxed holiday,go further away from the bars and restaurants

    Positives The room was large,beds comfortable,2 pillows,which is a big plus,plenty of wardrobe space,shower was fabulous Location,ideal in as much it’s very central to the beach and entertainment Negatives, The fridge is warm most of time,doesn’t stay on when out of apartment,so couldn’t have cold drinks on balcony.we stayed in 205,It was very noisy, karaoke was on in at least 3 bars,which could be heard all the time,in apartment,it did go off at 12 ish,but some of the singing was atrocious,that got worse as people got drunker.Pool are and sun beds were mediocre,needs updating Staff couldn’t fault, room cleaned daily,all bar staff were friendly and helpful,we payed our bar bill daily,on a couple of occasions,there was an extra drink on bill,which was rectified when mentioned,but you do need to be aware.

    Just myself & my daughter had a fabulous 10 days stay here at Green Mar, rooms are really spacious, very clean & modern, Everyone who works here was so lovely 😍 Perfect location 5 mins walk to the beach & 5 mins walk upto dolphin Square everything start right outside the front door so easy to get to where you need!! Breakfast is continental style, cheese,melon,bread jams & spreads, tomatoes, cucumber & meats tea & coffee was perfect for us 👌 Friends Bar is attached as the pool bar prices for food & drinks were brilliant and food portions were definitely worth the price and delicious 😋 yes air con is £10 per night but we definitely needed it as was 30° inside in the evening and the hotel have to cover their costs aswell , if you want it pay for it if you don't don't pay no problem 👍🏼

    Unfortunately we did not have a good experience at this hotel, very noisy as the balcony doors didn't shut properly, the curtains did not meet and the shower leaked through to the bedroom wall also a bad smell in the room mainly drainage areas of bathroom)As someone else has mentioned I had something taken from my room (ear buds head phones, but could not say exact time this happened).

    Do not leave anything lying out in ure room as just recently back from there and had something taken from my room during the day when we were out. They do let maintenance people into rooms without informing u. Apart from this issue the rooms are lovely but noisy if facing the main road. The guys that work in friends bar below are great guys and make u feel so welcome. Personally will not be staying here again due to the above reasons.

    Excellent Hotel, the rooms have all been refurbished and all have a bedroom and a separate lounge area and a balcony.The cleanliness is impeccable.There is a pool area and restaurant / bar.The food is good and they will accommodate all of your needs.The staff are very friendly and can’t do enough to help.It’s a central location, with a short walk to the beach.I will definitely stay here again.
