    Not as good as before but still okay

    Firstly the hotel we have visited many times before and always highly rate it, this year some changes have been made especially on staff amongst others.The reception team is nice and friendly and cannot do enough to help you. The rooms are always cleaned well and the sea view room we was offered was brilliant and made our holiday.However the standards have slipped when it comes to the catering, breakfast was not great, eggs look snotty and had lots of shell in them.Seemed limited and was often empty Lunch was better but again it seems the range on offer has somewhat reduced.Evening meals had better stuff but we often found ourselves eating rice and chips, the chips was often overcooked.The waiters usually okay we found one rude and spoke abruptly to my partner when she asked for a glass of coke.Yet behind us an elderly couple clearly paid a tip as got first class service from 3 different people ! They got treated like royalty.This was a negative dining experience.The entertainment team has also changed and seems to be lacking somewhat and lots of people on the stage left halfway through or didn’t bother and instead went out.The rooms are lovely but showing their age I think a refurb may now be in orderOn the basis of above we may change our minds about returning this year as we often do a few timesAgain this is my honest review and I think it’s fair that people get to make their own decisions. Come try it and see what you think.

    Second visit here & again we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We returned especially for our children’s liking to kids club, it runs throughout the day and the children can go in & out & enjoy a range of activities. All staff are amazing & make the children feel very welcomed. Food & service is also great & we are unable to find faults with the hotel.     Great hotel, great food!

    I already visited this hotel for several years. It's still fabulous. Nice swimming pool, nice animation team and every evening a professional show. Recent years I noticed that the food was not as good as the years before. But this time it was excellent again! Many choices, fresh and good quality. Also my compliments to Ian of the SPA. He was very polite and took the time to explain exactly which choices were available. He arranged us a nice massage. Also kind and helpful people at the reception. Spacious and clean rooms. See you next year!     We had a wonderful holiday at Green Nature Diamond in Marmaris. The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by lovely scenery, and the atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly.Our room was always clean and well maintained, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety every day.A special thank you to Enes, who made our stay even more enjoyable. He was funny, kind, helpful, and always had a smile on his face. He built a great connection with our daughter, who was always happy to see him. His friendly personality, excellent service, and positive attitude made a big difference to our holiday.We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future!
