A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball and basketball. With windsurfing, kitesurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, snorkelling, diving, water aerobics and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a breakfast room and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.     Hotel is lovely with amazing staff who are always welcoming. Always entertaining everyone and makes lots of laughs abd enjoyment.

    The Kids Club staff were friendly and the building inside was great and beautiful my son was always there they have a nice mini disco with plenty of dance moves we really want to turn back this place I wish they were open at the night time too bc my son was asking all about where is Emir

    Robbing!!!My father left his suitcase at the hotel and discovered at the airport. The advise from Jet2 holidays was to change his flight to come home the following day and go collect the suitcase as he didn’t have time to get there and back before his flight left.He took their advise and took a taxi back to the hotel and the rest do the party flew home.He arrived back at the hotel in the early hours, luckily his suitcase was still there.He spoke to the hotel who tried to rob him and take advantage of the situation.I looked at the hotel website previously and found they were advertising £102 for one night stay(that night) for 2 adultsThey told him it would be £200 for him alone, understandably they charge for the room but to double the cost even though he would have the room for less time and only have 1 adult, meaning less facilities used, they also said he would have to vacate at 12 noon. His flight home isn’t until 2355 the following night, again understandable, hotels do this, but just explaining the situation.Instead of showing compassion for someone in a vulnerable situation they tried to take advantage, they had already paid to stay there for the 2 previous weeks and had planned to return next year but not now

    What a wonderful time me and my partner had. Bedroom- me and my partner ended up in a large family room! This was so spacious, two balcony’s and a large bathroom area. Sadly due to coming as a couple we heard a lot of children and families with very thin walls so I would suggest ear plugs as it could get quite loud. I would suggest if you are an early sleeper don’t go near the entertainment as this will keep you awake til at least 23:30pm. Mattress wasn’t as comfortable but still able to get a goods night rest, alongside this we were only given a small sheet which I find is in most hotels we ended up taking the sheets off the other beds to keep warm during the night as often would wake up absolutely freezing! But I think this is a normal thing for all hotels :). Sun beds - Sun beds weren’t a problem to get, there would be many sun beds taken early in the morning but not to panic as was always a lovely worker who would help you find a nice spot and put your towels on your sun beds for you. Food - was brilliant, a mixture of different foods a theme each night. Location - only a 15 minute walk to the beach not bad at all, didn’t do much out of the hotel however. Staff - staff were absolutely amazing! We did the photography shoot which turned out so good. Amongst this staff we’re consistently friendly and welcoming they would always treat you with so much respect and offer to help if required. Shop - One of the main reasons we didn’t travel out of the hotel much was due to the two shops on the site, they sold souvenirs, clothes, shoes, football tops, water floats, swimwear, drinks, food, vapes, tobacco ETC. cheap prices and they accept euros & pound sterling. Spa - me and my partner were hesitant at first about the spa but oh my goodness! We had the large package which included mud bath, Turkish bath, body scrub, sauna, full body massage, face masks ETC this was 2hr 30 treatment there was a range of different treatments but we chose the full package. It was AMAZING. We would happily do this again and again haha Swimming pool - Perfect two pools! Very chilly so a nice cool down! Pool is clean and also four slides for kids and…may I say adults. They also allow inflatables. Entertainment - Good entertainment programme. Kids entertainment in the evening always sounded great, had sponge bob dressed up at one point. During the day staff would approach offering various activities, morning stretches, Pétanque, darts, table tennis, water polo. Etc. this was brilliant kept us entertained through the day

    I spent my holiday at your hotel from September 11th to 22nd, and I would like to take this opportunity to highly commend two members of your staff: Beren, who works at the cocktail bar, and Saniye, a waitress in the restaurant. Both performed their duties professionally and were always friendly, helpful, and smiling.
