  Absolutely love this place. Everyone is so friendly an very kind. Feels lovely like home from home. Nothing is any trouble for them. George is funny an a lovley man. Osman I just love him 😁rTall boy is a great guy to an was so nice with my mum. An very kind. The cleaners have known me go every year for 6 years. An remember me an always give me a hug. An you can trust them. Rooms basic but clean an big enough . Husan is the reception guy I think 🤔. He lovley an always gets me the same room. Got him smiling a few times now lol 🤣. An last bit not leat the security guy . He a lovley kind man always spoke to us an helped my mum with her having a wheel chair. Food is fabulous. 10 /10 gosh I really forgot boss man. He the kindest man . An always very polite. So overall I had a fantastic holiday an will be back next year xx

  These apartments are the largest we’ve stayed in, spacious all round and 2 balconies, we were in room 406, so top floor 3 flights, no lift, this maybe a problem for some but I do know that anyone who expressed concern was moved when possible and without any issues. We were greeted by the night receptionist, he was helpful and friendly, shown to the room, they are a bit tired but acceptable, small loo roll to keep you going, bar was open when we arrived, normal soft and alcoholic drinks available. The pool and property was well kept, shower room available for your last day if late pickup. The air conditioning is payable locally but thought it was a little expensive. Once you have your bearings it’s actually quite pleasantly positioned with a little dander should you want the nightlife buzz.All in all it was a little tired but was clean especially including the pool area of which there were 3, small slide on the kids pool, dip type pool for the bigger slide, poor Ozzie was well occupied with the kids and the larger pool was fairly deep for kids. They were generous with their time and extremely pleasant and helpful, for the sports fans, 2 tv’s and always accommodate whatever you choose should you want.Pleasant team Caroline
