The hotel is located in İçmeler city centre and guests can enjoy its 100-metre-long private beach on the blue-flagged İçmeler Bay.

Facility

240 non-smoking rooms, including 6 junior suites, 16 suites and 216 double rooms, are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a café and a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    Fantastic Aqua great staff

    We are just back from a two week stay at the lovely Aqua Hotel .We arrived very late and were greeted by the night manager.We had a welcome drink and a quick check-in.Our room was on the fourth floor with a side sea view.It was very clean with a huge bed ,fridge which was stocked with coke ,orange and water .As well as crisps and snacks which were replaced every day. Our maid Negris cleaned it every day to a high standard.The food was good with all the usual breakfast choices.Lunch was okay but we preferred the outside snack bar which had a good choice .Dinner was fine with two soups every night As well as pasta meat ,chicken and outside barbecue.Always something to suit everyone.The entertainment each evening was good with a variety of dancers ,singers and acrobatic acts .The staff are all very friendly and remember your drinks straight away Big shout out to Samme and Nisa Urgan and the rest of the bar staff The pool is warm and very clean but if you prefer the beach there are ample sunbeds for everyone .Also our friend the security lady who always found time to talk to us .This is a lovely hotel and definitely has a fantastic staff which should all be recognised

    The first time we sat down for a meal, a staff member approached us within minutes. to get our drinks. No other hotel we stayed at has achieved this level of service. Thank you to all the staff at Hotel Aqua.The pool was warm enough for me to use it daily. The entertainment team kept all the guests entertained. The yoga class offered by the wonderful Duygu kept my pain from my fibromyalgia under control. I could actually relax on this holiday. The mini bar in the room was filled with drinks as well as snacks. This hotel offers good value for money. We noticed that the items at Aqua Gift Shop were competitive with the shops in Icmeler. We had no need to shop anywhere else.The best thing about this resort hotel was the thick mattresses on the sunbed loungers and the hotel location, right on the seafront promenade. We enjoyed a lovely stroll on the prom, each evening. Waiting till 9:30pm for the nightly entertainment became very frustrating. Offering the show at an earlier time, 9pm, would be a great improvement. Like most things in life, nothing is perfect; the foods items were limited during the evening meals. We stayed 14 nights, and further into May, as more guests arrived, the items on offer at the main dining room did improve.

    Food a selection let it down!

    This was our 3rd time visiting this hotel and sadly if the food selection doesn’t change will be our last Drastically gone down hill since last year. Unfortunately we had to eat out a few times which is something we rarely do as food in the hotels is usually very good and keeps costs down This year we booked for 2 weeks and were so looking forward to our holiday. We have been to Icmeler many times and call it our favourite part of Turkey. We have been to other 4/5 star hotel in Turkey and food selection has been fantastic!The only reason people keep going back is for your wonderful staff and location. The staff are so hardworking and always have a smile and willing to have a chat.Please pass that on to them when you have your staff meetings. Everywhere is clean and tidy but now getting a “little frayed at the edges”.Time for us to find a new favourite place.

    Relaxing, blissful and the best staff and service you ever did see!!

    From the minute we arrived at The Aqua, and were greeted warmly with a drink and our cases being taken, my husband and I knew we were in good hands. Following a friendly and efficient check in we were taken to our room which was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable with all the things you need plus a few extras! Fantastic to have a minibar which is restocked daily with plenty of water always in the room. We overlooked the pool and could see the sea through the trees. Lovely. The bathroom and shower were perfect too. The only thing I thought was that the air conditioning could be more efficient as the room never really got cold enough for me. Might just be me though as my husband slept soundly. The visitors here are mainly more mature couples and some families with young children who were incredibly well behaved and non intrusive. There is a mini disco and games room and kids club for them and they all seemed happy enough. The pool at the Aqua is lovely and never cold; just cool. You don’t even need your own towels as you can get them every day from the spa. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool and nearby in the pretty, floral and palm lined grounds. The private beach has loads of sun loungers too with parasols. Everything is very safe with security front and back and a pool and a beach lifeguard. The views from the beach are just gorgeous and blew me away when I first arrived and the sea is lovely to swim in. Right outside the hotel by the beach, we caught the water taxi over to Marmaris and back, which was a lovely boat trip out and we enjoyed exploring the old town of Marmaris. It was lovely to get “home” to pretty Icmeler and The Aqua at the end too. You can take other boat trips too and there are also many water sports nearby. I visited the spa twice. The man who works there is very friendly but does all he can to sell his packages to you which was a little overwhelming. However, I had a mixed massage, back and shoulders massage and Indian head massage on different days and all were very relaxing and simply lovely! I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed each time. My husband enjoyed his shave at the Turkish barbers and said his skin had never felt so smooth! The indoor and outdoor bars are all well staffed and efficient and have a good cocktail menu as well as beers, wines and spirits. There is also a waffle bar outside and the ice cream here is creamy and delicious. We had every flavour! We also ate from the outdoor bbq one night which was lovely. The main restaurant has lots of hot dishes to choose from, lots of cold foods and salads too and amazing deserts. The patisserie also has such wonders available throughout the day. Overall, the food was good and what you would expect from a better than average Turkish hotel. We went to the Turkish à la carte one evening and enjoyed the quieter experience, mood lighting and fish tank. The food here was mostly lovely although we did see some of the same food on the main buffet within the week. It didn’t feel super special and perhaps needs to be looked at to be considered à la carte. There was some low key entertainment during the day and a great pool party one day. There were also some excellent evening acts with singers and dance/acrobats and a Turkish night. It was a little variable across the week though in terms of how enjoyable it was with some acts grabbing the audience and feeling immersive and others decidedly less so.I also enjoyed the little shop at the hotel, grabbing some fake labelled sunglasses and bags. Again it’s Turkey so expect to be hustled but there are some good things and it saves going out to the surrounding shops. And so to the staff…the service here is truly fantastic! Staff cannot do enough for you and you will never be without a drink! We particularly loved Samet, Urghan and Ronnie who work tirelessly. Always with smiles on their faces and they are all just so lovely to chat to. The friendliest staff I have ever encountered and we felt really sad to leave them. They make you feel so special and looked after and though the hotel has many, many qualities, on this occasion I definitely saved the very best to the last! They alone mean we hope to come back here and are the top highlight of a hotel and resort with so many highlights. My first time in Turkey and definitely will be coming back and would return to The Aqua in a heart beat!     Never 5* food terrible

    Only good thing about this hotel is the staff, food is the worst I have experienced on AI just as well they have a snack bar, pizza all week, potatoes for breakfast, I have attached pictures of your breakfast choices, toasters don't work, stayed in better 2* so disappointed. Beds are rock hard, don't try get an early night during your stay, music is so loud in rooms.
