  Positives: Good location, good friendly service from staff and cleaners they all work very hard. Lovely room, food ok. Negatives: loud music, no free sunbeds, doors slamming constantly.

  We love the ideal Pearl and visit at least a couple of times a year. The staff are excellent - the friendly cleaners, the helpful front desk manager, the lovely bar staff, Bobby & Jimmy the entertainers, the waiting staff, the lifeguard, the show cooks- it truly feels like they can’t do enough for you. The rooms are not particularly spacious but they are clean and sufficient.The food is great, massive selection and variety, you will not go hungry! I especially love the jacket potato counter.The bar drinks are pretty standard all inclusive cocktails, nothing fancy but all tasted good to us!The pool is lovely and clean, we didn’t struggle to get sunbeds at 9am but the lifeguard was happy to put more sunbeds out for those who needed them. Bobby & Jimmy the entertainers were friendly and funny, and made lots of effort to get people up and involved in the activitiesThe hotel is in a good location, for those who want to visit the ‘fun pubs’ no name bar is just down the road and we also ventured further to always dance bar and tipsy bar. The security on the front of the hotel are friendly and always say hello as you come in and out. Our only down side was our room was on the 5th floor and the roof was quite low, our view was looking out onto some solar panels and a workers entrance.The weather wasn’t great for our stay but the staff did their best to keep everybody happy.!

  Just back from another absolute amazing week at this hotel from walking into reception to meeting ozan the hotel manager and memesh the bar manager and restaurant manager both absolute legends our room was spotless as always . Food was amazing once again. Massive shout out to chef who's always in the restaurant checking and chatting to guests. Waiters constantly filling up your water asking you if you need a drink from the bar. Massive shout out to the bar staff who we have made great friends with. Last but not least the entertainment team Bobby and Jimmy both do a amazing job and so so so funny highly recommend this hotel

  I have very mixed opinions of this hotel! On so many levels it's very good, but considering it's rated as a 4* then the amount of negatives outweigh the positives for me.I'll start by listing the positives: 1st of the staff need a massive high five because they are all brilliant hard working friendly people who will always help you! The food is some of the best i've had at an A/L so massive compliments to the chefs. If you were here for more than a week I can see why it would get repetitive but everything was cooked fresh & tasted great. We also didn't experiance any need to run to the bathroom after eating which is always a good sign of a clean & well run kitchen!! The hotel is in a good location in that it's only a few minutes from the main road, amenities & beach.The rooms are big, beds & pillows were extremely comfortable & the room came with a mini fridge & a free safe. The WiFi & air con also worked well. They had very cool electronic signs for the door which replace the silly paper do not disturb/clean the room door handle signs - those should be in every hotel! The sauna was great & if you have a late flight they do let you use the showers in the spa to get ready which is a massive plus.Now for the negatives...The room balconies are TINY, Literally small triangles that can barely fit two chairs & a small table on...We had a twin room & there was only 1 plug socket on 1 side of 1 bed...no idea why designers think this is a good idea? It's really inconvenient!The bathroom door did not stay open so it either banged into you (the bathroom sink is quite large) or you had to literally close the door fully. Just put a door stop there! There were no duvets on the bed at all & we were only given 1 sheet, which was rather strange. The gym was far too small but could also be improved. No idea why there are 4 treadmills inside such a small area. You should take two out, get a weight rack & a weight machine & then you would have a great small gym!I do 2nd that i'm not sure how strong the drinks are...that's despite me seeing them open new bottles of vodka & me tasting it as a single to check it was actually vodka...I dunno maybe the vodka in Turkey just isn't that strong but I never got drunk once around the pool despite drinking all day.The sunloungers are not comfy at all...with extremely high side arms bars & no padding. Contrary to what others have said the pool DOES get very busy & people start putting their towels around it from 0730...so while there are plenty of loungers it can be hard to get a space. The most disappointing part from me was the constant loud music from the pool 'DJ' If I had wanted a party hotel I would have booked to go to Ibiza! I came to an adults only hotel to relax...instead on day 2 i was having to put my ear plugs in to reduce the noise. This was despite me asking him on multiple occasions to turn it down. There is literally no need for the music to be so loud at 9am. Maybe 4/5pm onwards sure, but a lot of the sun loungers are right by the speakers so you end up being blasted from all angles with a mixture of house music & anything else he wanted to play from Youtube! This needs to be mentioned on their website as some people just want to read, sleep & relax by the pool. Overall we did enjoy our stay but i think I would only come back in Summer & if the price was low enough to combat the negatives.

  Amazing stay lovely little hotel

  Me and my husband came here for are honeymoon plus my 40th birthday and when we arrived it was very late but the staff helped us to are room that had a nice little surprise when we came in the hotel is so clean and also the staff can not do enough even the chefs had us laughing every night at tea. Hasan is a funny little guy alway happy and joking with you. Also can not go with out mentioning Jimmy and also Bobby for the entertainment we really did enjoy the darts and will look forward to coming again. Everything is close by also shops and bars thank you again got a lovely stay looking forward to bringing more of are family next time. Also ice coffee yo die for every day from lunch.
