    The worst hotel ever! Terrible attitude towards guests! When I asked to clean my room, they completely ignored me! It was impossible to sleep at night because there was a bar right next to the pool, and the music kept playing until the morning! No one responded to my complaints! The dishes and tables in the restaurant were extremely dirty! If you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't book a room there!

    Stayed here beginning of September and weather still lovely and warm. Room is basic but very clean, which is all you need. Food good but it is also nice to eat out occasionally. Taj Mahal is the best, chicken madras, excellent. Staff in hotel all helpful and friendly, my friends and I enjoyed our stay again.Shops close by but only a dolmus ride away you can go into centre of town. Or go opposite way and spend time in Icmeler, Cafe Anne is excellent for waffles, hot cherries and ice cream.

    I recently spent two weeks in Marmaris, and I can confidently say this holiday was the best yet! Returning for the second time in two years, I chose the same hotel, and it did not disappoint.The staff here are exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The food is fantastic, with a wide variety of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I highly recommend visiting this hotel, especially in August or September.I had no complaints about my room; the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had amazing water pressure! Housekeeping was also top-notch, providing fresh bed sheets and towels regularly.One of the highlights was meeting fellow travelers from all over the UK. The staff’s friendliness made the experience even more enjoyable. I’m already planning to return next year!Don’t miss the sky bar at night—it’s a lively spot for drinks and socializing. If you’re looking for a great holiday, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

    We arrive at this hotel at 2am in morning they put us in room next to reception with double bed spost to of been to single bed The sheet was dirty so we ask for them to be change they sed no house keeping isn't on so we sed we need them changing coz we cant sleep with Dirty sheets so they change them but they wasent happy the bathroom was alway dirty we couldn't sleep coz they was shouting going on from reception they told us they move us room next day whitch we fault would be at least 8am in morning we went to ask at reception they sed no 11am we sed we need it earlier because we av meeting with rep so marina one of the girl on reception sorted it she was one of the nice one and nothing to much for her to sort when we ask though the week she moved took us to the other side of hotel to our new room was much cleaner and two double bed all the other guess we spoke to say that side of hotel is better the pool is also better on that side expecially is u dont like quicket as.they av music up to 10.30 and bar is u like quiet other side is better for u the food was not best there was alway something to eat at breakfast dinner and tea r the same foods so we ate out sometimes the only think is i dont think they should let cat in the restaurant when ur eating they were fly around food to could do with coving up think they should put kettle in room as when u arrive late u cant get drink with bar closes at 10.30 and u av to buy water from the shop next to the pool whitch I dont think is far when all inclusive there is water fountain but dont taste very nice they dont provide beach towel so make sure bring own the location to beach is 5 mins the shops 3 mins if u want ur room clean they give u this door hanger to hang on ur door or if u see the cleaner u av to ask them for new towel and toilet papper they do clean round the pool and restaurant but it average clean

    I really enjoyed my stay here. It’s a hotel that totally matches the price, nothing over the top, but exactly what I expected. The food was varied and tasty, the rooms were clean, and the staff were super friendly and always helpful. Overall, a good experience!
