Location

This hotel is surrounded by restaurants, bars and nightspots and is located just 100 m from the centre of Içmeler, Dalaman, with its links to the public transport network and tourist centre. The sandy beach is 250 m away and it is 9 km to Marmaris. Dalaman Airport is 95 km away.

The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball and basketball. Water sports enthusiasts are offered jet skiing. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym and aerobics or, for a fee, table tennis, billiards and darts. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. The hotel offers an entertainment programme for adults (for a fee).

Various dining options are available, including a non-smoking restaurant, a dining room and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast and all-inclusive. This hotel have new name - Lima.But he remained at the level of one star.Disgusting housekeeping, poor service, staff stealing things, the director - a greedy snob. NEVER, not at any price - NOT living in this hotel.Because this hotel and offer to fortune, that you are not able to select it. Arguing with your tour operator to replace it with another.

This is not the place where better to stay during your visit at Icmeler Turkey. The stuff is very lame and do not show any wish to help or make your stay as pleasant as possible. We arrived in the morning but nobody check-in, because they do it at 2 pm and not earlier. Then the finally decided to gave us a room, but without anything (toilet paper, towels etc) and we asked for that for the whole day but again nobody (even the general manager) cared about. This is really-really not the best way to attract tourists. Food. Let's call it rather good than bad, as there is still some diversity. Waiters bring you water and are very helpful. The territory and bar is quiet clean. Speaking about room I can't call them clean. The bathroom looks awful - very old and unclean. This really needs restoration. But I can say that conditions is working, mini bar is empty and TV is very-very small. But we are here not to watch it, so do not care. In total, I will not recommend this hotel and not sure they deserve 4 star - maximum 3. On, almost forgot, they have their own pool, rather big one and it takes about 10-minutes short walk to be at the beach.

We're in this hotel now. Been here a week into a 2wk holiday. We're leaving for another hotel tomorrow. The rudeness of 2 particular bar staffis like something we've never encountered before anywhere (and we're well travelled). The unhelpfulness of the staff is so bad, I don't even think a course in customer services would be any good. They have no manners, the food is basic, there's no milk available for the cups of tea (and God forbid you request it). They charge different amounts a money to play billiards (one day it was 2 ytl the next 8 ytl and so on). It has been a very stressful and unhappy 1st week of a long planned for holiday. We will NOT be recommend ing this hotel.

We stayed here after having to change are hotel 3 days before we we're going on holiday due to bad reviews on the previous hotel (we where so glad that we did).The hotel is a good distance from shops & the beach, you had everything at your feet but still quiet enough to sleep. The rooms where spotless & staff where very friendly. The hotel was constantly being cleaned & there was a very good selection of food to choose from. The pool area was great for kids & I have to say we had a ball! The entertainment staff where brilliant with kids. We became really friendly with Cansu she was very pleasant & if it wasn't for her my daughters would have never got up to dance. She made them feel so welcome. My younger daughter has not stopped asking for her since we came home. You get a lot of mixed cultures In this hotel & to be truthful that's the way we like it we're visiting a different country & like to meet different people. All in all the hotel is good value for money & would defiantly return.
