3rd visit..rooms basic but very clean,cleaner in everyday,pool area spot on even though the sunbeds have seen better days bar and restaurant very good and a good vibe from the lads who run it..I hope the leaving towels out all night to reserve sunbeds could be sorted though its just plain rude but I'll be back.

You get what you pay for. Yes we knew they wouldn’t be up to much but did not expect what we got!!! These apartments and the poolside area are incredibly run down. Of all the places we’ve stayed in over fifty years, these are the worst by far. Cushions on the sun loungers are disgusting, black mould fills the white grids round the pool but thankfully the pool itself is ok. The sun loungers need a really thorough clean! Watch the bottom step as you go into the pool as it blends in with the bottom of the pool and many people tripped not seeing it. The furniture from the bar to the reception to inside the apartments is so outdated and tatty, Non of the toilets are fixed down to the floor so expect to feel slightly sea sick whilst using them. Our toilet bin where you have to put your dirty toilet paper in didn’t have a lid so we had to cover it ourselves with a plastic bag. No ventilation in the bathroom was just awful, the shower heads need bleaching as they’re also full of mould. Air-con works really good though. Rooms weren’t cleaned to the highest standard just a basic clean. We had booked a garden view. What a joke! See picture below. Music blaring out all day everyday from both this poolside bar and the other surrounding blocks. Other guests also thought it was ok to have their own music blaring out and obviously didn’t know how to just talk to each other, they would shout loud enough so you could hear their every conversation even with the door and window closed. WiFi is absolutely terrible and not consistent at all. This is not a three star, two star is pushing it. Some people obviously use this as a cheap place to stay whilst they have their turkey teeth done. On the plus side, the staff are really nice and will do everything they can for you. They work incredibly hard and are polite and friendly. Great with the kids too! Full English breakfast and pizza are really nice! Use the spa/treatment room in the beautiful hotel across the road for treatments, the owner of it is very good at what he does and will come down on price too. I hate leaving negative reviews but honesty was needed with this one.

Perfect for a young couple who only want somewhere safe to sleep and use as a base to enjoy marmaris.

You get what you pay for. All bar staff were friendly especially Oscar! He made our trip feel welcome and didn’t pressure us into anything. We only used the room as a base to sleep, shower and change in. We were out most days and nights although, we did spend a few hours around the pool one day and had no complaints at all. The rooms are abit scruffy but they are absolutely fine for the price you pay. They get cleaned daily. The air-con is temperamental that you have to pay for ( small charge ) but we had no issues getting things resolved. I would stay here again as a couple on a budget wanting to spend their money enjoying marmaris, not sat around the pool all day moaning like a lot of the other people staying.

Went with the family for 11 nights,the overall stay was great Ricky the owner Oscar,Adam,Errol,Hassan and Barman Mehmet were all excellent from start to finish. They made sure we had everything we needed. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Plenty of sun-beds by the pool. Pool was very clean. Food was very tasty! Shops/bars and beach short walk away. Would love to visit again. Would recommend Kaan Apart. Great value for money. Thanks for a lovely holiday! Taj,Kelly and the Girls.
