    Another enjoyable stay at Kaan .......

    Kaan apartments is friendly and welcoming place to stay all staff are friendly and if they can help you they will we just had 2 weeks there for the 2nd year in a row . We are already planning for another 2 weeks in 2027 , when you see people returning year after year it says far more then any review can . A huge thank you to all the staff for once again making our stay so enjoyable. John and Jackie (bacardi John).

    Avoid please, we went a few years ago and it was ok the staff were brilliant especially ozzy omg I only mentioned him once to as were he had gone i was shot down. We asked for a low floor as we not struggle with stairs we had to pay again to get moved we never had any food as I saw a feral cat ,which they encourage going into the kitchen jumping on the work counter stealing food and running out.the staff did nothing. Then they say 🍸 are buy one get one free bull.they add extra drinks on they think you don't remember what you drink when my wife question the bill they just laughed we ended up paying more money to stay at another hotel for the rest of our holiday. It seems like they only care about there regular stayers,and young girls although the staff are all married. We went self catering and was then told you can't bring any food or drinks down to the pool area what's the point. Never again will we go there again If my son spoke to me the way Adam spoke to me would be distended with him .if you want a nice holiday don't go here .

    Checked out this hotel today and can honestly say the staff are friendly helpful and polite and so good with the kids, pictures don’t do it justice

    Been told we are not welcome to come back as we didn't spend any money in the hotel bar or restaurant despite it being a self catering appointment

    Amazing week here with my elderly mum ..the apartment we stayed in was very spaceous .was cleaned daily with clean towels ..the pool is a nice size plenty of sun beds ..ten minutes walk to the beach. I cant really fault kaan apartments so dont read the negative comments ...the staff were amazing and really looked after us ..I will deffo be back again in the future ..only little thing I will mention is bring a wee toaster with you as there wasn't one supplied..
