    stayed here for a week, staff was lovely and so welcoming and we have not a bad word to say about our apartment. big spacious apartment with a large balcony. Clean rooms and cleaner comes when asked. Very large pool and a childrens pool with slide. Will defo return 😊

    Here now after needing somewhere to stay last minute, for the price we paid for 3 people was an absolute bargain. apartment is very clean and has plenty of space. Staff made us feel very welcomed and speak to us every day, very relaxed atmosphere. The bar staff from across the road come over during the day to take any drink or food orders and are also lovely. Safe to say we would definitely come back.

    It's very poor compared to the last time I was there 👎no cleaner for the week I was there dirty communal area 😢 had a great experience the first time I was there but sad to say not this time think the owner needs to retire and sell on

    Back in 2004, I made my first trip to Marmaris and stayed at this hotel, I still look back on those days with fond memories. The hotel back in the day was fantastic, clean and full of life and in a absolutely FANTASTIC location.Unfortunately, the hotel today is a shadow of its former self, in the last 20+ years, it appears the hotel has had NO money invested to maintain it or upgrade it in any way at all and as a result it's far too outdated for 2025 holidays. It seems like the owners know its only a matter of time before they have to close, so are just running it on a shoe string budget to maximise the profit in what time they have left.There are NO cleaning staff and NO pool staff employed, infect no staff all, besides the owner and his immediate family members from what I could see. As a result, the rooms are not cleaned during your stay at all.If you want a 'Cheap' no frills holiday and don't mind staying in a very very basic outdated room in a lifeless hotel that 80% empty, then this is the place for you but if you want room cleaning to feel the hustle of a fun place where you can mingle with other guests then look elsewhere.
