The location is fine, the rooms are on the small side with a lack of power points at the bedside, The food standard was poor, food was on the cool side and repetitive lunch time, dinner time and everyday.The area around the pool is very cramped and lacks sunshine a lot of the day time due to the closeness of the surrounding hotels that block the sunlight. You needed to be at the pool side early morning EG 7ish to get a sun lounger that would be in the sunshine in the morning time about 10ish which by the way it would be out the sunshine by about 14:30. Cleanliness was fine. The entertainment was ok. You cannot go out the back to the beach or anywhere as there is NO back way out of the hotel. Overall the star rating is IMHO is probably just a 4 star.I would not stay here again. We have been coming here for the last 4 years and this is the 2nd time this year.We absolutely love it here.The hotel is clean and friendly we have no complaints at all, the staff including the cleaners, entertainment staff, chefs and of course all the management are so friendly and helpful, There is food for everyone from salads, fish, soups, local dishes to chicken nuggets and chips, fruit and pastries, the desserts are amazing.The hotel is in prime location for shopping and eating out , your spoilt for choice .This is not a very big hotel but it's got everything we need and could want. we always come away with memories that we will always cherish . We’ve had a wonderful time at Lalila Blue Suites! The rooms are lovely, the food is good, and the hotel is a great place to enjoy a holiday.However, what really makes this holiday special for us is the entertainment team! They are absolutely outstanding! Both work incredibly hard, day in and day out, to make sure everyone is having the best time possible.They put so much energy and enthusiasm into organising activities, encouraging everyone to get involved, and creating such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. They genuinely care about making sure everyone is enjoying themselves, and their dedication never goes unnoticed.All the staff really do make the holiday for us! From the bar staff, chefs, housekeepers. They are a huge credit to the hotel, and it simply wouldn’t be the same without them.A massive thank you to all of them for making our holiday so memorable! Lilila Blue Suite Hotel.

Arrived at the hotel and placed into a room facing the pool and bar. What a nightmare, sleepless nights due to ongoing night entertainment, had to request a room change. Next room was much more quieter and we both started to get some rest. Variety of food at meal times, but same menu most nights and food served up warm, which turns cold once on the plate very quickly, making your meal unenjoyable. Mesut dining manager, very hospitable and friendly, also his staff are very hard working and polite. Spa manager Marco, what a unique business man. Goes out and around hotel marketing his business about the services available at the spa. Securing potential customers for services provided at the spa. Delivery from experience spa therapists extremely professional and on point treatments- (may I recommend a head to toe hot stone Turkish massage). Ensuring customers satisfaction for customers returning for further services. He's a pioneer at how he conducts and manages his business with such grace. The hotel staff are friendly and TUI representative Laura is an absolute legend, making our stay at the hotel stress free and always available even on her days off to answer any queries. Laura is a credit to TUI and I hope TUI realises how lucky they are to have someone like Laura representing the company aboard. Would we stay at Lilila Blue Suite again, if they served more donor kebab meats and hot food maybe. Hotel very clean, modern and new technology touch controls in the rooms.
