    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, made even more memorable by the exceptional service provider throughout my visit. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and welcoming. What has truly set it apart is the attention to detail by its staff.A special mention to my room attendant Prakash who consistently went above and beyond. My room was always spotless organized and thoughtfully arranged. What impressed me most was his initiative and willingness to help beyond routine duties. When I needed alterations for a pair of pants, he kindly arranged for a tailor to come directly to my room which was incredibly convenient and much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both comfort and truly exceptional hospitality.     Not a great experience. The washbasin was clogged, basic amenities like body wash and slippers were missing, and we had to call for them. Reception staff were not very helpful. The pub drinks were also disappointing. Overall, below expectations for this brand.
