  very bad hotel, last hotel in marmaris to stay in, bad reception, not clean, try not to forget the key in room, i do not recommend this hotel, better to stay in car hahaha, or to make it ver ver very last choice

  Basic but convenient for Rhodes Ferry and Bus Station

  Stayed here for one night after arriving at Marmaris Bus Station, primarly as we wanted to be within walking distance to the ferry port to get over to Rhodes the next day. This is probably the closest hotel equidistant and walkable with backpacks to both.We stayed in a large 1 bed apartment which was basic but perfectly clean. Front desk said they did not immediately have a record of our Expedia booking, (made only the previous day) but gave us the room anyway without any further request for payment or credit card swipe, which I thought was good. Pool looked reasonable though we did not have time to try it out.

  Terrible experience. These people are not honest

  Very bad experience with the family here. These people are a fraud. I have an official complaint logged against them through Mermeris Tourism department. First of all they did not give us the rooms we booked through hotel.com saying the rooms are gone. When we looked at the rooms they were not in a good state and in our group of 9 one of the group member spotted an insect in the bathroom. We politely said to the staff member that some of us are not happy to stay here so we had to book another hotel in emergency and pay more. First thing next morning I phoned hotel.com from Turkey to their UK number and informed them that we are not staying at Marina apart. They said we have cancelled the booking but hotel wants to charge for 1 night as penalty. Fair enough although it was not a no show we still agreed to pay for 1 night. When I checked my bank account they charged for all 3 nights saying it’s a busy season and they did not give those rooms to anyone else as booking was not cancelled and they kept saying no one from hotel.com asked for cancellation where is the proof. They even accused us for not saying to them clearly to cancel the booking and said we kept waiting for you as you said we may come back. To help everyone else I suggest not to book this hotel as they are not honest people.

  We stayed 5 nights in a one bedroom apartment with 2 sunny balconies and a comfortable bed. The locality was good being in walking distance to the waterfront but away enough not to be noisy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

  We stayed 2 nights here with our adult daughter, booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it was huge! 2 separate bedrooms which could sleep 4, plus another single bed in one of the 2 lounge rooms. A kitchen in the main living area plus sink and small kitchen in the main bedroom. Only one bathroom and it was small but satisfactory. So for the 3 of us, we had so much space which we enjoyed after being crowded in some smaller hotel rooms. We found the location to be very convenient, we walked from the bus station, which took about 20 mins and was downhill (got a taxi on the way back, wasn’t going to walk up those hills carrying a backpack!). We walked easily down to the marina in about 10 mins and ate dinner, browsed the shops and markets and booked a boat trip. No safe in the rooms but we used the safe at reception without any problems. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a decent selection. Very happy and would probably stay here again.
