The hotel is located directly on the sandy beach. The centre of Marmaris is around 1.5 km away and guests will find restaurants, shops, bars and clubs within a radius of 2 km of the hotel. Muğla is some 50 km away, Gökova is around 30 km and Dalyan is about 90 km from the hotel. Dalaman Airport is also around 90 km away.

60 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus.     The rooms are very small, but they are cleaned every day. The pool is also very small and unfortunately doesn’t get any sun. The beachfront is lovely, with really nice people working on the beach.There is a restaurant underneath the hotel, and the food really is amazing! My boyfriend spoke to the staff daily, and they all seemed very friendly, helpful and welcoming.However, I would advise people to be cautious about the manager, Adam, who stands out the front. My partner suffers from allergies, partly due to the cats walking around, which caused him to sneeze. Adam asked him directly if he had any drugs. My partner also told me that he witnessed Adam taking something in the toilet. We also heard from several people on the beach that guests were being advised to tip the beach staff discreetly because of concerns that money was being taken from the tip box.It’s a real shame because the rest of the staff were lovely, the service was good, and the food was amazing. The location is fantastic, and the people working on the beach were wonderful.Overall, a lovely beachfront location with great food and lovely staff, but our experience with the manager was disappointing and took away from what could have been a much better staY

    Excellent little hotel, clean and the staff are excellent and go out their way to help you. Andy, Spike, Alex, Joseph, Jimmy and the rest of the team in the bar really look after you. Food and drinks great. Cleaners do a great job. Definitely recommend and have booked again for next year....love it

    The location is amazing right on the beach, close to shops, restaurants bars ect. The rooms are lovely super clean and the food at breakfast was good. The food in the restaurant in the evenings is unreal so nice. The staff were amazing so nice and have a good sense of humour. Also lastly the drinks are lovely the milkshakes and the alcoholic drinks are unreal

    Lovely hotel. Very clean rooms. Fab location right on the beach. There’s a very small pool and sunbathing area down the side if you want some peace. The staff were fab. Breakfast had something for everyone, more continental than full English but there was bacon and mushrooms and beans etc and also a staff member making omelettes and pancakes. Perfectly satisfying breakfast. We ate in the restaurant a few times and food was lovely. All in all a fab experience. For transfers and trips I would highly recommend Sunny Temel. Couldn’t do enough for us
