  Absolutely beautiful people, beautiful place. Bayram has been a star, gentleman. Can too- cuties. Could stay for another week, and then another. Everyone has left a great impression. Will be back 😘 x

  Simple- beautiful place- staff need training !

  The place is simple- plain clean rooms- lots of places to sun bathe- great views- shade too with trees. Food lovely- waiter service rubbish… table left not cleared up after people left- one rude waiter ( we complained) not trained well- we had to get our own drinks and keep asking for more water head waiter great!! Poor evening quality shows- great taxi boat to Marmaris- reception staff could be more enthusiastic- this place is brilliant - the staff need training - easy fix- good value for the money - great WiFi- great buggy service to take you from beach to room to reception if you cannot hack the multiple stairs- this is on a steep hillside - Cleaning staff are brilliant and friendly and make this place a comfortable experience Training - training - training for restaurant and reception staff is a must - won’t cost management anything to fix this

  We've been twice before with a group of friends and it was excellent on every level Food Staff Location Service on our previous 2 visitsThis year overall rating 2/3 star and most of that is the location!Reception poor no smiling faces staff clearly not happy..first impression poorFood quality poor , selection much reducedRestaurant queueing for seating meant late dining but they still closed at 2130 and the result was all food cleared by staff so no deserts available.Poorly managed restaurant.Staff sweeping up around diners.......!!!!TerribleStaff not taking drinks orders so get your own in the restaurant definately 2/3 starGuest cars parked along walkways inside the resort as car park near gate FullCheap soap dispensers wall mounted in the shower with cheap soap....Rooms kept very clean by staff !! Thank you ladies!!We paid for 5 star standards and got 2/3 star at bestNo acknowledgement of repeat guests........We wont be back unless the reviews indicate the hotel has got back to 5 star levels once more

  An unforgettable stay with the most incredible staff!

  We have had the most amazing stay at Marmaris Bay Resort and genuinely cannot recommend it enough!The hotel is set in such a beautiful natural setting, surrounded by greenery and sea views, and it feels incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The private peninsula location makes it feel really special and secluded, whilst still being only around 10 minutes from the main part of Marmaris.Everything throughout the resort was spotless and well maintained, and the atmosphere was calm, welcoming and enjoyable from the moment we arrived. The food was also fantastic — varied, fresh and delicious every day, with something available at almost any time. We especially loved the à la carte Turkish restaurant on our final evening; the meal was absolutely delicious and such a lovely way to end the holiday.We were also celebrating a birthday during our stay, and the staff made it feel so special. They remembered it from the beginning of the holiday and surprised us with a cake at the end of our meal in the Turkish restaurant, which was such a thoughtful touch.Honestly, we cannot fault the staff at all. Every single person was so friendly, fun, caring and genuinely kind. They work incredibly hard and always take time to come and speak to guests without ever being pushy. They really seem to care about you, your day and your holiday experience, and it made such a difference. Every evening they go above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a great time and nobody feels left out.The hotel also offers club night trips every evening, which we thought were brilliant value at £15 each, including minibus transfers there and back with hotel staff accompanying you throughout the night to ensure everyone feels safe and enjoys themselves.A very special shoutout to Burak, who was absolutely incredible — not just on the club night, but every single day and evening. As two girls in our twenties, he made us feel completely comfortable, safe and relaxed during the night out and genuinely went above and beyond for everyone. He is such a lovely person and a real credit to the hotel.Another big shoutout to Can for constantly bringing the energy and good vibes! He is so upbeat, positive and full of joy, and along with the rest of the entertainment team, really helped make this holiday unforgettable.We also want to mention Abu at the Sea Salt Bar, who was always so attentive, polite and good fun. He remembered our orders throughout the holiday and always greeted us with such positivity. The bar staff work incredibly hard and really added to the experience.Overall, this has been one of our favourite holidays, and that is largely thanks to the amazing people who work here.   Very Disappointed

  We arrived yesterday. We stayed here last year and had a wonderful time, which is why we decided to bring our adult children with us before they move away – one last family holiday together.When booking, we requested twin beds as our son and daughter would be sharing a room. Unfortunately, no suitable rooms were available upon arrival, and we were told to check again the following day.The biggest disappointment so far has been the food in the main restaurant. The restaurant layout has changed since our last visit and now feels disorganised and unkempt. Tables were often dirty, there were flies around the dining area, and paper napkins were being used. The food itself was extremely poor. I could only manage a piece of bread. There was very little presentation, food stations appeared unclean, and the meals resembled low-quality canteen food rather than what you would expect from a five-star resort. Based on our experience so far, the dining standard is closer to one or two stars.We were also disappointed to find that the rooms have not been upgraded, despite being told during our previous stay that refurbishment work would begin. The beds are very uncomfortable, which has only added to our disappointment.We have paid over £10,000 for this holiday, so our expectations were understandably high. I appreciate that it is only our second day, but first impressions matter, and at this stage we feel we should have booked elsewhere.
