Location

This hotel is located amongst lush pine trees, directly on the waterfront on a private beach. Marmaris town centre is only 7 km away and Dalaman Airport lies some 100 km from the accommodation.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 320 non-smoking rooms located in a 5-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the holiday village feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The pool complex ensures comfortable swimming with its indoor and outdoor pools and pleasantly heated water. Children can enjoy a special swimming area just for them. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, tennis and volleyball are available. Guests can take part in a comprehensive water sports programme, which includes snorkelling and aquafit, with water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing and diving available for a fee. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, yoga and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam and thalassotherapy treatments and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and massage treatments. An entertainment programme for adults and children ensures that guests have plenty to see and do during their stay.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a breakfast room and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). The complex also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Where do I begin to emphasize what an outstanding hotel this is at the grand yazici.From the staff to the facilities and on the most scenic setting! What started out as a disaster from our daughter needing emergency attention round the pool was soon turned around by the Turkish community pulling together and assisting to get her the healthcare she needed. The attention to detail we received from all the staff to ensure we could all enjoy the rest of our vacation. Staff are exceptional and very professional. Big shout out to Mohammed from the pine bar who catered for all of our needs throughout our stay whilst enjoying our nightly entertainment!. He interacted well with my family and had our drinks off to a fine art!. We will definitely be returning!.

    We arrived late, check in was fairly smooth and easy, was shown to our room, and had help with cases and pram, as the restaurant has already shut my partner managed to get a selection of breads meat and cheese to bring up from the restaurant.. 3.15am the fire alarm in our block went off waking us and a tired now unhappy 4 year old up. (Which happened a further more 2 times in our stay upseting our 4 year old. Upon going down stairs our of the block, we was greeted by no staff, it did not appear like anyone was in a rush if there was a fire? It appears there is only 1 set of stairs in our block which is alittle worry if a fire was to break out in the stairs.. The cleaners I 1000% can not fault, they did an amazing job every day! Fresh water left in fridge daily, fresh flowers/ petals on the beds! They were very present and always had a smile! Had fresh towels in the room daily. Hair dryer and air con broke, but we're both fixed quickly when reported to reception. Pool was great for the little one with a slide, but it was FREEZING, (never saw anyone cleaning / fishing the dirt out of it from the trees! We tried to use the indoor pool but was told by the spa staff that because the hotel has not long opened the indoor pool is colder. Towels for pool where given daily. (We didnt realise and brought extra towels with us could of saved on the luggage if we of known). As it was still very early we never had issues with getting sunbed, by the pool or by the sea. Food was okay! We managed to get food mostly throughout the day, although we struggled to find anything at tea for 4 year old to eat.. but pizza bar servres pizza in the afternoons so he didnt go hungry. Location wise is perfect for us! Only downside was carrying the pram up/down the stairs to the costal path, walked daily either to icmeler or marmaris. Overall positive for us as was lovely and quiet.

    Worth Booking for relaxing Holiday! But their 'all-inclusive' might not be what 'you' expect

    Overall our 11 night stay was relaxing and what we planned for. Marmaris Park is a not high energy hotel, quite dated looking compared to others in the area (but we were aware of that from photos before booking) but room 339 was a decent size with small balcony view overlooking the sea and islands. Watching the sunrise was quite breathtaking! Our room was cleaned daily to a high level, by our lovely, helpful and very hard working, young room lady. Thank you! Akin was very attentive to us throughout our entire stay at the beautiful outside dining area, always finding us somewhere to sit, drinks served immediately and replenshised and table cleared. Akin's practive but calm and warm attitude really is a great credit to Marmaris Park's waiting staff. Thank you so very much for your hospitality Akin! Debbie, Entertainment Manager also deserves a mention along with Simbad. Both great, carzy ;) but warm characters who always manage to rouse up people to get involved with the pool area games, which is always a nice way to meet other guests.Comparing Marmaris Park to other 'all inclusive' hotels we've visited, there is a lack of the following (in our opinion) that you'd expect normally:Room Safe - if you want to use this facility (well who doesn't) then you pay for a safe keyBeach / Pier bar - only alcohol served there is beer, no waiter service available on the pier and only all inclusive snack available - PizzaPoolside Bar - many spirits/cocktails you pay for as very 'limited' drinks on their all inclusive listSpa and indoor pool - probably most disappointed by this area as it's very, very dated and basic - did not inspire us to go and spend money having a treatment there :(Mini Bar - water only, don't expect stock of any soft drinks or beersAs stated before, overall we really did have a lovely relaxing holiday and buffet food was plentiful, varied and always prepared to a high standard. We are just not 100% sure that we'd pick Marmaris Park above other hotels we've visited before, to spend 11 days at but only due to the all inclusive restrictions and the very dated spa! Everything else was great and you will have a lovely holiday time here. Thank you all at Marmaris Park 😀
