Our first holiday to Turkey, this hotel was very good in my opinion.Tasty food every day, coffee machine available for use at any time, good entertainment, comfy bed in a cosy room, rooms situated amongst the trees, spectacular views out to sea.really liked the cushioned sunbeds on the private piers, and there was plenty of sunbeds to go around. Loved hopping on the water taxi into Marmaris town. A couple of good english channels on TV. A kettle in the rooms would be nice. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever.

Unfortunately, Marmaris Park Hotel has been one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had.We booked all inclusive, but the food was so poor that we ended up eating out at virtually every mealtime. That completely defeats the point of paying for an all-inclusive holiday and meant spending considerably more money just to get meals we actually wanted to eat.The drinks were just as disappointing – we found them absolutely disgusting.The biggest issue, though, was the noise. If you’re expecting a relaxing holiday, think carefully before booking. The hotel was extremely noisy, with ridiculously loud party music that made relaxing very difficult.Sadly, our experience with the staff wasn’t much better. We found them rude and unhelpful, and the level of customer service was nowhere near what we expected.The hotel itself feels tired and desperately in need of major investment. Quite frankly, from our experience, it needs bulldozing and starting again.Paying for all inclusive and then having to go elsewhere for food just to make the holiday enjoyable says everything.Would we return to Marmaris Park Hotel? Absolutely not. Would we recommend it? Not a chance.? 1/5 – Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Not very nice staff on reception, even other staff apologised about them.. gave us the noisiest room next to the massive stage that was noisier that Icon beach bar and when I asked to be moved I got told it was full so no,(whilst sniggering)

Hotel staff were lovely, Akin one of the restaurant staff was great! Housekeeping was great too, two lovely ladies who cleaned our room were great too. Food was a bit repetitive, lots of fish if you like fish! However, as a Brit and with clientele being predominantly Russian we were made to feel uncomfortable with stares and barging past us in the dining room, which left us feeling very uncomfortable so ate out and went mostly out during the day. Like I say the hotel was nice and clean and staff were lovely.

A beautiful hotel ruined by its reception staff

Mr. Hakan behaves as if he is not an employee, but the self-appointed owner of the hotel — and certainly not a particularly good one.Right beside him are his two loyal subordinates, Elena and Lyudmila, who seem more than happy to follow his example, taking turns being rude and displaying arrogance towards selected guests.And this is the most unpleasant part: it gives the impression that they do not treat everyone this way. Guests seem to be quickly divided into categories — those they can speak to normally, and those whom they appear to believe they can pressure into paying extra money.The confidence and arrogance with which this trio behaves at the reception desk is truly astonishing.A beautiful hotel in a wonderful location is completely overshadowed by the reception staff, who seem to have forgotten that guests are customers, not people to be looked down upon.Mr. Hakan and his two loyal subordinates, Elena and Lyudmila, are a very poor representation of Marmaris Park.
