Worst managed hotel ever

The hotel and location were good, swimming pool nice, bar staff friendly. Now the bad points firstly the food was inedible hardly any options, owners sitting around the pool all day watching what is going on and get served with a beautiful burger while we all had to watch them eat it, absolutely disgusting when we were fed food that was not fit for a dog. This hotel is meant to be all inclusive but they closed the bar between 16.00 and 17.00 when most people have had enough of the sun and just want to sit and have a cold beer, no beer for 2 days no whisky for 2 days but the owner was sitting there with his whisky in front of all the guests. A lady we met asked for some milk and butter at lunchtime and was refused. No entertainment whatsoever and had to endure the worst music we have ever heard, when we asked the bar staff if they could put something else on we were told that the owners would not allow them to. On the day we were leaving our wrist bands were cut off at 12 noon even though we weren’t being picked up until 20.45. We were told we could eat the slop that they served every day and have soft drinks but no alcohol, I have never had this happen before. In our opinion this is a very poorly run hotel and I would avid it like the plague.

Avoid this hotel if you can. We had stayed at this hotel when it was a boutique hotel and, had a lovely time. Sadly this time with the new owners and manager things were sadly lacking. Listed as an adult on,y hotel, we were surprised when the owners small daughter was in the dining room and around the pool, screaming most of the time. The hotel was not clean, and at one stage I asked for a brush to clean the rubbish from around our sun beds.We had to ask for clean sheets and towels for the room, otherwise new linen was not provided.The food was very sadly poor. I appreciate different tastes, however days when the hotel ran out of eggs for breakfast, to continually offering cold food, day after day.When we mentioned the cold food, no one spoke English.One night we noticed the bbq going and felt hopeful that this would at least be warm, sadly to be told this food was for the owners and their family not tourists.All in all I would not recommend this hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Meril Club Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, with plenty of options for everyone, and the facilities were excellent.The location is beautiful, and the atmosphere made my holiday truly relaxing and enjoyable. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived until the day I left. I would definitely recommend Meril Club Hotel to anyone looking for a great vacation experience, and I hope to visit again in the future.Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

Beautiful hotel in a tranquil position. Overlooking the sea in Turunc

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We had a beautiful sea view. Lovely rooms. The hotel is spotless. It's adults only. So perfect if you want peace and quiet near the pool. The staff were great. Ozan who works in the bar was superb. A genuine gentleman. He carried our cases along the beach front when we left. He brought our drinks to the table. Nothing was too much trouble. He is so polite and courteous.We were originally going for one night. But we loved it so much that we stayed for 2. We will be going back in October. Thank you for a lovely time.

Second time again meril club

This is our second visit to this hotel. They have changed for the better since we first arrived. Especially the quality of the food and the interest of the staff show this. If you have a quiet holiday without the sound of children, you should try this price with a quiet holiday.
