  My boyfriend and I live an hour apart and often meet different places and stay in hotels. In our 14 months together, this was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The first thing we noticed was the horrible smell! We didn't smell it so much in the lobby, but as soon as we entered the stairwell and into the hallway of our 2nd floor room, the smell was so bad I gagged. The room was ok, but the bathroom was not entirely clean and the mirrors were streaked and dirty. The TV only got cable, it did not show what was playing on the channels, you could not adjust the volume up or down, and the picute went in and out the whole time. To top everything off, we were told the hotel was practically empty, yet were heard what sounded like kids running late at night and early morning directly above us! We will never stay in a Holiday Inn again- we'll stick with Hampton or Marriot!   Desk clerk needs retraining

  Locked out of room 2nd night. Desk clerk unavailable at desk for 20 minutes. Bag of prescriptions were setting on desk while desk unattended. No body soap or shampoo in shower. Breakfast ends at 9:30. Staff were overly casual. Won’t be staying there again.   We stood one night on our way to Washington.HIE standard, nothing special. Pool is ok for a quick dip.Breakfast like you know it. Nice staff all the way and clean rooms.   Once past the lobby it is all down hill......

  Where to begin... the lobby was nice enough with pleasant staff but that is where the niceties ended. The entire 3rd floor reeked of mold/mildew or some other unpleasant stench, including the room. The office chair, as in so many hotels, wouldn't stay elevated and was very wobbly. This property is on the hard pass list.

  Clean, Clean, Clean!

  This hotel was incredibly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall it seemed like a very ordinary place. Everything was fine but somehow gave the sense of being done a bit on the cheap --- maybe because it has been a while since I stayed in a HIE. Breakfast was available at 5:30 which was good for us early risers, and it still features the cinnamon rolls. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Location was ok although there didn't seem to be many restaurants close by. Being a rainy cold night, we ordered in and had to rely on Door Dash since anything nearby didn't deliver. Price was very reasonable.
