Dirty disgusting dangerous hotel

Dirty dangerous disgusting hotel and expensive. Avoid at all cost. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and had 2 rooms. My son washed his hands and there was bleach inside the soap dispenser mixed with soap. It damaged all his clothes. The hotel tried to deny it- not sure why a customer would lie about something like this. In the other room, the toilet seat was completely detached, they tried to fix it but it kept sliding off. The hotel is dirty and the rooms are tiny. They told us put your suitcases in the balcony. The toilets and rooms stink and the breakfast is poor. Some member of staff was nice, the others were unfriendly and unhelpful. I will never go again and I am currently raising this matter with the authorities.

Amazing customer service!Fresh breakfast everyday…Clean rooms. Beautiful balcony view Yusef the hotel manager looked after me and my mother from start to finish and offered outstanding hospitality! Thank youWill definitely stay again!

Lovely little gem

This was my first solo trip to this hotel. I can't fault it. The staff were so friendly, especially Yusif/Yusuf!! When I arrived I struggled to get my case up the steps and someone came right out and got it for me, took me and my case to the room. I had a lovely room, excellent view, all rooms have a sea view, front and sides. I did go B&B but I never made it to breakfast so I can't comment on that. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and clean, plenty towels and some small bottles of shampoo and shower gel, nice touch and not expected. This was ideally situated for me, it was right near the beach front, no hotel in front of it. I felt safe here and within walking distance of my usual haunts where I meet my friends. I will definitely be staying again, I would order a kettle for my room next time tho as it doesn't have one but I think you can hire one, not 100% sure. Excellent value for money, I am glad I found this little gem! thank you everyone for looking out for me :-) Yvette

Hotel was clean good location would come again, came to do some family shopping for Christmas very close to a lot of shops &. Restaurants direct opposite the beach , staff was pleasant , simple Turkish style . Good value for money would come agin for cheep get away

It was an amazing experience. The hotel stuff is really kind, helpful people,they were really friendly, I felt like I'm in a safe place, they speak very well English, so it was a pleasure to spend time in this hotel.Food was good, everything was clean.
