Avoid unless you want to share grime from past guests

Well what a shocker!Problems from arrival - didn’t want to give us the room despite having booking confirmation printed out.The bathroom door locked is out - no one to fix so no toilet all night.The balcony door had no glass in it - just as well no one could climb 4 floors from outsideThe bedding was dirty - makeup and hair throughout itThe walls had what looked like blood or rust all down them, loads of dirty black smears and there was what looked like faeces on the floor under the bed that we discovered on the last day.The bathroom shower head was broken so nothing to hang it on when washing. The floor flooded the entire bathroom (and we couldn’t shut the door entire stay when we finally got it open with a knife the next morning so go potty with the door open) the next guest arrived who we spoke to in passing who had our same room and reported the door locked them out also!! Prices weee expensive and usually more than on the menu quoted - drinks don’t have prices anywhere so it’s pot luckPlace is run by a group of men, who also appear to run local tour bus airport transfers - begrudgingly polite (depending how much you spend).I asked to move rooms, tried ringing holiday company multiple times to get no answer and eventually gave up. We were told that if you want a nice room pay more - lower level rooms seem led to be ok but the higher up the floors the worse the state of the rooms became. What you see online is absolutely not what you get.The sofa had stains that looked like his knows what all over it - I refused to even sit on it let alone sleep one of the guests on it.All of the kitchen cupboards had smashed handles, the kettle and heating plate was filthy and looked like a right fire hazard if plugged in.The bedroom door locked was ripped out from where someone had clearly got locked in/out before.Absolutely nothing is fixed or maintained- cheap does not excuse pure filthy run down shambolic states of guest accommodation. The skirting boards had more hair than a gorilla stuck to it and filthy Greece and dirt Pool area was well maintained daily but that’s about as far as it goes. Pool toilets are dark and do not lock - like walking into a dark tunnel out of a Stephen king film Some of the men were nice and tried their best, others were clearly there to make sure the money kept rolling in and didn’t care. I won’t be back, even if it is in a great spot locally - plenty of other apart hotels nearby to go to. Please invest in all standards of accommodation - guests deserve the bare minimum of cleanliness and safety in rooms at least when arriving for their hard earned holidays. Do better

Honestly would not stay here again. I will break it down. Positives...food was nice and location is good. Negatives...No kettle, stove or pans when we arrived. We had to ask for them twice! When we finally got them they was all dusty and dirty. The kettle didn't even work. Room was very poor. Plug sockets hanging from wall. Broken shower Dirty bedding, towels and walls Bedding didn't get changed untill day 6! Tap in the kitchen broken it was squirting everywhere when it was turned on. Staff and service not great. We had our food and drinks order taken. 2 of us ordered iced coffee, after the other 2 got their drinks the member of staff sat down for 40 minutes even though we had asked about our drinks. We noticed this happened to another lady as well. We got over charged for food and drink luckily we always check our bills where ever we go.There was one member of staff on our last day who seemed really nice and chatty he was the only one who smile I didn't get his name unfortunately. We all feel disappointed because w did have high hopes from all the positive reviews.

Just back from my stay at nature apart.Would highly recommend for a budget hotel .Staff are amazing hotel is very clean a very relaxing setting chilling by the pool with one off there yummy cocktails and a tasty bite to eat I most definitely will be back .

A lovely family run hotel with staff who go above and beyond

We booked this last minute and what an absolute bargain and lovely place!There is only 25 apartments so it isn't a big complex which I liked as it had a really personal intimate atmosphere. All the guests were friendly and got on, the hotel is ran by two brother Isa and Mehmet, all the family are involved, even the lovely children Mehmet and Devni are around the hotel daily both of which are an absolute delight! The chef is brilliant, really fun and the food is lovely at reasonable prices.Location is excellent. Rooms are basic but plenty of room and spotless being cleaned and fresh towels daily.Many guests we spoke to return year after year and were regulars to nature maris and I can understand why.One day of our holiday, due to the heat my 11 year old Son collapsed and smashed his head open. It was so scary and all I can say is the staff were absolutely amazing and really looked after us. Me and my Son were taken to hospital by ambulance and after a couple of hours in hospital, Mehmet came to check on us which I thought was really kind and thoughtful and it was a massive help him being there helping with translating. They also run a transfer and excursion business, they arranged for a driver to collect us from hospital and on the days we had to return to hospital, arranged for the drivers to take us there and back. They really went above and beyond and I was so appreciative of their help and kindness.We visit Turkey quite a lot and without doubt when we return I will 100% book our stay at Nature Maris again.Thank you for a lovely stay and all your help with George.
