  Well… what can I say about the Oren Apart! This place has always felt like home to us as a family and never disappoints.We arrived early August (a bit later than our usual time of June) and were greeted with open arms by Ali after a delayed transfer. We were shown to our room 206 which had a beautifully renovated bathroom, with a large walk in shower that had the option of overhead and handheld. Bedroom had its own balcony area and then we also had our balcony over looking the pool.Throughout our stay we met the new staff members for this season, Faruk, Mustafa and Luqman who fit in perfectly, abit shy at first but once they got to know you it was like you had been friends the whole time. Along with the original members Ali, Ozzy, chef and little chef, these guys were great team. Always made us feel welcome, never pressured us for anything and if we needed a helping hand or requested anything, they would be there straight away to do what they could. No task was too great or too small. Ozzy was great with the kids around the pool, always joking on and entertaining them. If a child did not want to be pushed in or were not water confident, ozzy would find other ways to keep them involved. On one of the hottest days it was a pleasure to see ozzy and chef join the kids in the pool which turned into an amazing water fight filled with laughter and fun! Food at the apartments was great as always, plentiful portions and if something wasn’t on the evening menu (I.e cheeseburger) the chefs would happily accommodate or help to make changes to your dish to the best of their ability. We ate here a few nights due to me being poorly through the holiday but we never felt forced or judged if we went elsewhere. Yusef runs a well oiled machine ensuring that all guests are accommodated and taken care of. Any problems, just notify them and they will deal with the issue ASAP 2 very hard working ladies, Selma and Zainab also kept the rooms spotless throughout the stayAll guests were taken into consideration throughout our stay and we easily made some new friends whilst we were there with some of the guests at the hotel Being polite and courteous goes a long way and if you treat staff and guests with respect and humanity, they will certainly show you it in return This will forever be our favourite place to stay and why we return yearly to catch up with our “family!”Huge thank you once again Yusef and team!   Went to oren on the 27th August for 2 weeks ...we'll what can i say just amazing .....I would definitely recommend these apartments clean air con great the staff make the holiday makes you feel like family was very sad to leave ??????

  Better than a lot of hotels in icmeler

  Lovely apartments cleaned every day cleaning lady is very nice . Staff very friendly and helpful the food is cheaper than down the town and better than a lot of restaurants. That's why we didn't cook a meal in the apartment. Food was hot fresh and lovely to be honest I couldn't find a fault and I'm very picky

  Well just returned from a stay at this hotel if you like a clicky hotel then this one’s for you at first everything was ok then spent a few days away from the hotel and it felt like we were being treated differently don’t know about any one else but I thought the portions they were serving was small but charging for bigger get told can’t have a breakfast after 1 but can have bacon sausage on any other meal get told can’t have a late check out but we were the only ones who didn’t get one and the room we was in didn’t get occupied until late on told there was showers ( if you can call it that the shower you had to hold in your hand and was not nice OrenApart apart, General Manager at Oren Apart Hotel, responded to this review Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay at our property. While seasonal changes in flight schedules are beyond our control, we strive to offer as much flexibility as possible for our guests' comfort. In accordance with our standard procedure, late check-out requests are accommodated subject to room availability and an additional fee; however, as the new guest for your room checked in at 3:30pm , your request could not be approved. Your feedback regarding the bathroom fixtures has been reviewed by our technical team; our rooms have been modernized to feature both overhead and handheld showers. We wish you had brought any difficulties encountered during use to our team's attention at the time!   Once again we have had a thoroughly enjoyable time at Oren Apart .Ali for supplying me with tea on my many nights spent on the balcony (insomniac) ,Faruk Özdemir , Ozzy the mozzie and Mustafa looked after all our meals,drinks and of course the laughs of which there were many ,Chef and Hamit for the top class food and Selma and her ladies for keeping the apartments and rooms clean and tidy.Rooms cleaned daily .The heat stopped me from venturing far this year but was enjoyed by many around the pool which was well used by those who found the temperatures too hot .Met some lovely returning and new guests which is always good .Nothing is too much trouble for these ladies and gents .Thanks again to Yusuf Eren and Hayriye Eren for ensuring all their customers are happy with many of them wanting to return next year which is always good .Icmeler itself is quieter but getting busier again each year ,shopping and eating out and at Ören is still excellent value with some good deals to be found .Until next year folks hope you all had a wonderful holiday and for those still to come enjoy yourselves .
