Location

This hotel is located beside the beach, about 4 km from the centre of Marmaris. Shops and entertainment venues can be reached in approximately 100 m, and there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. Dalaman airport is situated some 90 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 26 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Sport

The sports and entertainment facilities at the hotel ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A continental breakfast, lunch and dinner tempt guests with a wide range of dishes (lunch and dinner à la carte). Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    We are here now and shocked by the negative reviews recently. Been coming to Turkey for 11 years. I can only comment on our room 303 clean, spacious, great shower and good decision to upgrade to a sea view. Staff are really friendly, always say hello, helpful especially the bar staff. Breakfast is buffet style, Turkish but there is a lady who does omelettes or fried eggs if you want. Beach and Pool areas peaceful and no 'sunbed wars' You get what you pay for and this hotel is fantastic value for money and we will return and probably bring the family we enjoyed our stay so much.

    On TUI holiday app they sell this hotel stating that the hotel main meals are buffet style. The breakfast is buffet style. But not the main evening meal. Which is from a basic menu which is restricted depending on your stay. Even the rep that came out agreed the holiday was miss sold via the app. After numerous emails and the rep helping they still haven't changed the write up. 22-10-25. We did receive a part refund.

    Stayed for 9 nights mid October, arrived at 8.30pm to a receptionist who could not find our booking. The place is filthy dirty and in dire need of refurbishment, from the rooms to the dining room to the beach all in need of a deep clean , no towel change for 6 days and were replaced with dirty,stained towels, did not receive 1 single toilet roll the entire stay ,maids removed empty rolls and never replaced, we had to buy them from the supermarket. Had to ask for bedding as all that was on the double bed was a bottom sheet and 1 single size throw, dining room coffee machine was full of grime and filthy as were the tables,chairs and walls, staff wandering round in shorts& flip flops with the same un ironed dirty shirts on for our whole stay, food offering at breakfast was very poor ,had to wait at bar to order a drink whilst guy finished his phone call , was sat in bar 1 evening on our return at around 10.45pm ordered drinks and at 11pm all light were turned off leaving us sat in the dark, the private beach is disgraceful, dirty beds, ripped umbrellas sand absolutely covered in cigarette ends ( and I'm a smoker ) 3 broken overflowing bins that were never emptied for the entire 9 days, spent the least amount of time possible in this dump and would never recommend or return. Not sure were these people giving great reviews were staying but it certainly wasn't here, asked at reception for an iron wow never seen anything like it , could not use as it was so burnt. Boutique hotel this certainly is not.

    Turkish Fawlty Towers....AWFUL

    So my mum and I decided to have a girls trip to this ' Boutique" hotel. Well the experience was SO awful that it became laughable....On arrival: The night desk guy was pleasant and greeted us with a smile.....that was the end of any customer service. He was there with another guy who was there to help guests with their luggage ( there is no lift). So these two EMPLOYEES stood and watched a GUEST carry mine and my 75yr old mums cases up 3 flights of stairs....not even an attempt to help! Terrible first impression.The Room: 1970s BROWN oven!! The decor is just so dated....wall paper peeling off....air con not working.....carpet totally worn....the beds smelt of stale sweat! TV....useless. The bathroom.....broken toilet roll holder.....the shower was at least powerful....but that was the only good thing!!! The sink was dirty ....the shower tray mouldy ( see pics). The entire room is SO DATED. RECEPTION: The woman in the day was the rudest!! Not a smile....ZERO effort to help with anything!! The manager was equally as rude!! Just blatant ignorance. Such a contrast to the previous manager who was running the hotel in May. He was so helpful and professional. This new manager was awful.RESTAURANT: UNCLEAN! Everything was grubby....the tables were always dirty....floor sticky....coffee machine was filthy! The view is beautiful....that's it!! Oh and also guests allowed to smoke in the eating areas 🤢. STAFF: The young boys who work in the restaurant were very polite. The older waiter not so much!!! I heard him being rude to a guest one evening....not acceptable. THIEF: my mums purse was stolen from her bag in her room with 10.000 TL in it!! The entire handling of this by staff was APPALLING!! The managers response was complete disinterest and tried to blame my mum for not getting a safe key ( £20) ....he then attempted to put us off reporting it to the police as it would take ' too long'.....he lied about security cameras.....upon searching my mums room 3 times with the RUDE female receptionist watching we found a pair of DIRTY mens underwear behind the drawers....when we pointed this out she simply shrugged her shoulders! The Jet2 rep ( who knows them all) never turned up OR sent a representative! So we were on our own. We insisted on the police being called....long story....but they took us to the police station with our ' official' translator ( who barely translated a thing!!) Then when we were leaving he said to me ' by the way the manager of Orsmaris is my good friend!!' ....so that says it all. On arrival back at the hotel the manager and female receptionist did not even ask if we were ok! They were both appalling! We were not offered a single gesture of good will! They even took the money from us to keep one room for late check out....considering a member of their staff STOLE from us!!! The previous manager was very polite and professional. Our entire experience was SO AWFUL that it was comical!! One member of staff who should get a positive mention is the NIGHT receptionist...she was lovely...always smiled and spoke to us and helpful. This hotel is barely 2 star and its such a shame that no one cares. AVOID .....NEVER AGAIN.

    Perfect location, large spacious rooms with comfortable beds, good air/con. Sleep quality great, staff lovely. We were bed and breakfast and it was always top quality. Sea view was beautiful. It could be a fabulous boutique hotel with a little updating, such as a room kettle and good hairdryer. We had a great 3 weeks and have booked again for nextvyear. Thanks Orsmaris.
