  Kivilcim Hotel (2024 / 2025 / 2026 / and soon to be 2027)

  My partner & I have just returned from the Kivilcim Hotel for the third time. As usual, we had a great time staying here. We have never had any issues staying here, all staff are always very friendly, helpful and you can always have a laugh and joke with them and they will always help in anyway they can if you need anything. We have no issues with the food, which is always OK for us (this is a small, family run hotel which does not have the capacity to cater for hundreds of people, as other bigger hotels in the area can). Bedroom bins are emptied daily. Fresh towels / bedding will be provided if they are required and requested.We are looking forward to returning to Kivilcim and Marmaris in May 2027 for a fourth time, which is now booked 😀.

  Brilliant times at the Kıvılcım.

  Stayed at the Kıvılcım hotel this year. Amazing staff, lovely, friendly and helpful. Unbelievable customer service from all. A big thank you to İlkin for helping us out with a family emergency. He helped with everything and was there throughout the emergency. Can't thank him and the team enough. Definitely will be going back in the future. Lovely place to stay.

  Been coming to marmaris since I was 10 year old and this is the best hotel I've been too. I am now 40 year old. And this is my 3rd year at the hotel, wouldn't go anywhere else now. The staff are friendly, helpful and inviting and so are management. Nothing is a bother to them. If you ask them to help they will, as my mum isn't able to walk great so I asked if there was anywhere I could get a wheelchair/walking stick for her and they got a wheelchair for me straight away and a walking stick a few hours later. This was the 1st day of arrival. Rooms are clean and cleaned everyday. The air conditioning is great and cold, especially for the time of year that I go as it's extremely hot . I have never in my whole time going to Marmaris been to such a hotel where the pool area has been so clean and the glasses are picked up and not left lying around for people to break and cut themselves on. I've been too all inclusive hotels, self catering etc but they ain't the same as here. You get to know the staff better here. And also other holiday makers too, as I have made lots of friends whilst being at this I hotel. And others have returned over the years that I have too. Leo is always good with the customers during the day and keeps the pool side clean. Ronnie is amazing with all the jobs he does in the hotel. He is great behind the bar, makes the best cocktails, is amazing with the customer's and my mum loves him to bits. He is an absolute asset to the hotel. They are lucky to have him. He has a smile that lights up the room. Pelin is such a lovely girl and has such a warm and welcoming smile. Ilkin is good with the customer's also and is very knowledgeable if you need to know anything. Whilst at the beach one day, my mum had a fall and cut her leg really bad. Ilkin and Ronnie helped my mum as soon as we got back to the hotel, which they did a great job doing. They didn't have to do this. But as soon as they saw she was hurt they helped straight away. All in all I wouldn't go back to self catering or all inclusive again after being here.

  Disgraceful and threatening

  This was our 2nd year going and this year it was absolutely Disgraceful the owners son ilky threatened my husband and have him shot like a dog as we was having a drink and pizza at the bar the bar tender ronnie shut the lights off on us at 12am and then got told to go to bed we didn't go to be sent to bed we wasn't rowdy or disruptive, but the night after they had music and bar open til 2am for other people, other people that have been going for years have said they won't be going back either, this hotel only agrees if your face fits
