  We stayed in Ozlem 1 for 10 nights in august 26 . We had a great time . Apartments are basic but very clean . Our beds were changed twice in 10 days and the room was cleaned everyday . Pool area great ! Very relaxing pool and you don’t need to fight for sunbeds . Staff amazing ! Very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again .

  Where do I start with this place. There was 12 of us in the group when we arrived at 1am on the Sunday morning we were told that 2 families in our group had to go to different apartments as he only had 2 rooms until the Monday lunchtime, great start. When we were given our room we found that the main light in bedroom didn’t work and only the lamp above 1 bed worked the lamp above the other bed had cover missing and wiring connections exposed. After using the toilet we found the pan wasn’t secured to the floor and the cistern held to the wall with expanding foam . We reported this to Peter the owner the next day and was told it would be fixed that day, we had to report it again the next and again advised the plumber was coming, guess what after 2 weeks toilet was still not fixed. The rooms are supposed to be cleaned every day although towels every third day, after walking on the tiles between bedroom and sitting room our feet were completely black. One of the other party switched on the electric hob in their room and got a shock, when reported they were told it’s ok the electricity will trip , the hob was never checked or replaced. Now to the pool area which is a death trap , extremely slippery, 1 of our party actually did slip and fall and was very luck not to hurt herself badly there are also broken drains which have sunk into the tiles around the pool perimeter. Then the pump fid the pool filter system failed and took 4 days to get fixed in 40 degree heat you need a pool. We then found out late in the second week after speaking to the owner of apartments we usually go to that your passport details must be logged as a legal requirement, this was never done , he never asked for any of our passports so that was 12 people in the country who could not be traced if an emergency arose, I wonder why this was never done. I could write a lot more about this place but I would be here all night. The only decent things about this place was Omar who worked there an absolutely nice guy and couldn’t do enough for you and the food was decent. If you want a good holiday without any stress there are plenty more apartments that are decent although it wouldn’t take much to better this place.

  Hotel in a nice and quiet areaVery nice atmosphereRooms are fineRooms are OK for the priceCleaner in every day she is very goodLads were amazing they were always at hand if you needed them for anything. Bar lads always chatted to you and had a laugh and made you feel welcome from getting in the hotel to leaving. Hotel owner...... Peter well he is a really nice bloke always spoke. Would go out of his way to make sure you had a lovely relaxed holiday. Always had a laugh and made you feel welcome. First time we stayed in this hotel and we are already planning to go back soon. The pool is lovely could get sunbeds any time of the day. I would definitely recommend it. Food was amazing. Large portions for the money.

  Well just got back from a week in this hotel,not the best rooms, but the owner and waiters made up for it .it needs a few lira spending on it to bring up to scratch. But brilliant food ,brilliant vibe. Really enjoyed meeting new holiday friends
